Misleading Website Layout – Lost my £120+ Reward (Order SUK00302719)
I spent over £120 to qualify for a promotional reward, but the website's design is incredibly misleading and feels like a "trick."
While the free samples are chosen at the bottom of the page, the tick-box for the actual high-value reward is placed above the order summary, making it very easy to miss while you are focusing on the checkout flow.
Because of this inconsistent layout, the reward wasn't included. Despite clearly meeting the spend threshold, Shiseido refused to send the gift I earned.
Support refused to ship the item separately, hiding behind "policy" instead of acknowledging their poor website UX.
I am keeping the products because I am a loyal customer and love the products themselves, and also because a return is simply too stressful for me to deal with. However, it feels like the site is designed to avoid giving loyal customers their earned rewards.
Thank you Shiseido for the Women's Day "present."

Poor quality, useless customer service
I was very excited to purchase my first item from Shiseido. However, after first use the item broke and customer service states that this does not qualify for a refund or an exchange. Instead I got offered a discount for my next purchase. There will be no next purchase from a company that sells such cheap low quality products that break so fast. I am now out of pocket nearly £200 on a product that does not work. Greedy greedy corporation :(

Absolutely love the Shiseido REVITALESSENCE SKIN GLOW Foundation, the only foundation I use. Gives skin a lovely glow, lightweight and a little goes a long way. Can’t wait for the SYNCHRO SKIN RADIANT LIFTING liquid CONCEALER to come back in stock!

First of all I would like to say the face masks from shiseido are the best masks I have ever used So sad not to be able to buy them in Harrods anymore.

Quick and easy replacement of missing item
I had a small issue with my order as one product was missing, but their customer service was amazing.
They resolved the issue quickly, and arranged a replacement without any stress. These things can happen, but what really matters is how they’re handled — and this was done brilliantly.
I really love Shiseido, and this experience has only made me trust them more. Thank you, Marina and Ashley, for the excellent service.
