I absolutely love this product as it is the only thing that soothes my feet.

I have bought your nail polish and hand cream a few times now and loved them so much ♥️ so when my friends birthday was coming up I thought why not get her some ,when I came to order them I found that there was a free foot cream with them so was well chuffed,my friend absolutely loves them and what a great birthday present ,I was worried I wouldn't get them on time but no problem there 😊

I needed some replacement filing pads for my heel file and was so pleased when they arrived. Clearly I had waited too long to change them! And I was surprised to see so many pads in the refill pack so now I know to change them more frequently.

Terrible experience. Twice now I have booked into the Margaret Dabbs clinic at Liberty for a medical pedicure a month prior to going on holiday to secure a slot in good time. Twice on the day I have had my appointment cancelled due to 'sickness' with literally a few hours notice, and no suitable alternative slot offered. DO NOT book if you want to be sure of an appointment prior to an event. The receptionist was hardly apologetic, and made a cursory attempt to find another appointment, which would have meant me travelling out of my way to other clinics on a different day, and during working hours.

It is a shame, as when I have successfully had an appointment the service has been great, but having been let down like this twice now I shall never again bother with the last minute pre holiday hassle which this clinic has given me.

I ordered for the first time and had a problem with my order, the packaging and a label were damaged. I have phoned and emailed repeatedly and keep getting a voice message when phoning and email when contacting customer services saying they will get back to me. I had one rude reply by email saying they would send out new packaging and that did not materialise. Good product very poor service on after sales.

I placed an order on May 17.

USPS still says they’re still awaiting receipt of the package from M Dabbs.

I wrote two emails last week, neither of which received a response. Very poor customer service!

Upon ordering, it said that I would receive my items within 5 to 7 business days. It has now been 14 business days.

Ease of ordering and just great products.

The customer service unfortunately is very poor, I have received a damaged item and am unable to use the product, I have contacted the customer service team in various ways with no response, such a shame as I was really keen to try this product and am now left with something unusable that I wouldn’t normally spend that amount of money on.

Despite numerous messages left on all 5 customer service phone numbers, e mail to customer services over the past 2 weeks, I have yet to have any communication with your head office.
This reflects extremely poorly not just on me as a customer but on your company and staff who appear not to know "what's going on at head office".
This said, 5 stars to a staff member in your Glasgow branch who reacted to my previous 1 star review and allerted her senior colleague, Jasmin in your Marlebone branch (another 5 stars, thank you) who on behalf of your company resolved my issue within 24 hours.
Your reputation goes before you, but your customer service is appalling.
Perhaps Margaret would like to know.

Professional company with excellent products. My order arrived promptly, well packaged and with good communication from order to delivery. The hand serum is lovely and I can feel the difference already. My hands are smoother and softer, and I look forward to them getting even better with time.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 products on a next day delivery, the shipping didn't up date as expected and it took 2 days to arrive. When it did, only 1 out of 3 items were received. I have tried calling the number online and on the paperwork, sent 2 emails and still no one is getting back to me.

Never been disappointed by any product from Margaret Dabbs, delivery has always been swift.

I have done this before!! I placed an order and paid and was e mailed to say items still in basket so i went back in and the order was resubmitted to i got 2 order and i only wanted one. An issue with software that i was e mailed about. I did ask for a free gift as compensation but got no response so wont be buying from you again
