I am absolutely outraged by the appalling lack of efficiency and communication. When issues arise, it is completely unacceptable that I am forced to chase after you regarding a purchase I have already made. Your failure to notify me is utterly disgraceful—do you expect your customers to babysit your incompetence? Frankly, your so-called service has been non-existent, and this is a complete betrayal of the trust I placed in your organization.

If I were in charge, I would not hesitate for a second to fire the entire team in Hong Kong. Their blatant unwillingness to work is a glaring insult to both your company and your paying customers. They should do everyone a favor and vacate their positions for individuals who are actually capable and passionate about the job. This level of incompetence and apathy is shameful, disgraceful, and an affront to basic professionalism. I demand immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior.

Still haven't received my wallet

i tried to cancel my order after the payment accidentally went through, i tried to apply the discount code and it wouldnt work, its being sent to the wrong adress and i tried email there only contact and im just receiving more promotion emails and no response to my issue.

Still no sign of mine arriving 😤 absolutely ridiculous, do not order anything from these guys. Asking for a good review when all I have done is given them money and received nothing

Disingenuous shipping times, said 4-9 days looks like I will be receiving a month after I purchased it. Have to wait for it to be shipped from china because they have no stock in UK. Email is now getting spammed with loads of marketing emails, asking me to review the product etc, which I haven't even recieved yet. Avoid using this company its rubbish.

Pas aussi pratique que ça, les pas de vis sont pas bien creusées et donc je pense que ça ne servira qu’une fois et que quand la pile du airtag sera déchargée je ne pourrai pas la changer. À part ça on accède pas aux cartes facilement, et les conditions de renvoi sont vraiment faites pour décourager à demander un remboursement, bref un dropshipping de piètre qualite quoi, passez votre chemin
