Great wallet, does what it says. Negative, took longer than they said to arrive.

I have no idea if the wallet is any good or not as it’s not arrived yet. Still on route from China. Currently sat for the last few days in California! If I’d been aware of this poor carbon footprint I may not have ordered. Also being sent a survey and a reminder before the product is delivered is not good customer service.

Asking me to write a review when they didn't deliver yet is how to make somoene mad.

The package was premium and built quality is very good

Very good and quality product.
More than the product, I would say costumer service is excellent and is very responsive.
I had the wrong product delivered but they sent me replacement as soon as I informed about the issue.

Ordered on March 1st and i am still to receive this item.

I didn't realise when ordering that it would take so long to arrive, once it arrived it seems to just be a folder to place cards in, I got the impression that it had allocated slots for the cards and they would be easy to access however it seems to make it quite difficult to select the card you require.

The wallet is very good and the same welcome but a little too much email for other products etc

I have not yet received my wallet, however, I am writing this review to say that although I had ordered 1 wallet I have been charged for 2 wallets! Looking at other reviews now, I wish I had purchased a wallet from another supplier!

How can I do a review when I haven’t received the product?

You sent me an email saying I could download shop to track my order. No way in fkin hell could I find a way to track it. I still haven't received it. How about a fkin email saying hey your order is shipped, here is the tracking number.

Hi I’ve had several emails from your company, Jordan saying good news/ bad news - items not ordered email - extra discount email - deliver due in April which I find very frustrating to receive a product almost 1 month after order. I know about add on sales but I’ve order in good faith thinking I’m buying the number 1 product in the wallet business, to find I need a tool for the item ect ect. Please refund me the money thank you

The delivery took nearly two weeks, but other than that I like it. The wallet and key case are both stylish and sturdy. They seem to be made of quality materials. Would recommend.

Haven’t received it yet even though it was bought and paid for a week ago and I was told it had been posted a week ago

I haven’t received my wallet and when I contacted you Received no reply . I am very disappointed and wish I hadn’t purchased in the first place place

Placed a order on the 26th of February got confirmation email on the 27th along with tracking 11 days later when I check on tracking it still saying it’s hasn’t been sent

I’m sure the wallet will be great but not received it yet (8 days post order). Wouldn’t normally leave a review, especially not ahead of delivery but I’ve been ‘reminded’ twice by Shield to leave a review so didn’t want to forget. If wallet differs from expectations (positive or negative), then I’ll reply to the post but I’m going to assume it will be fine….. when it finally arrives.
