Personally I think the quality is great. Delivery did take quite a long time, around 3 weeks I think. Looks like they have gone out of business so guess this review is a bit pointless…. But hey…. good wallet at a decent price

Had no issues with delivery and after 9 months the wallet is still holding up well with near daily use and after being dropped a few times, HOWEVER there's really nothing special about it, it's very basic and the premium price you pay is just branding and a nice box.

Diddend receive the wallet bought a otherone but not online.

Nothing delivered. Order says dispatched, but no tracking info supplied. Website is down and no way to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was looking for a minimal wallet at an affordable price when I found out about Shield and I’m happy with my purchase. It’s not bulky, has good build quality and a was at a reasonable price.

Cool wallet velcro holds up to continuous use. Delivery on time

Wallet took a little longer than expected to arrive to my house, literally travelled from the other side of the world.
I have 15 cards in my wallet and all is going strong.
Cards push through so reasonably easy accessed.
Seems well made and solid up until now.

Delivered what I was expecting

Took a month to dispatch my order. Despite regular chasing with little communication in return. Offered % discount for the inconvenience which I accepted if it was shipped by a certain time.

Finally got the product and it did not feel as advertised online so returned the order. Communication has been awful. They have received the return and despite promising money will be returned within 5-7 business days they are still "working on it" and "escalating it" with no timeline of payment. Annoyed I did not buy through paypal and so can't raise a claim with them but will be looking at my options now.

Company lost my order, took weeks to even acknowledge my emails. finally sent a new package and the wrong style wallet was in it. The wallets feel pretty cheap and just held together with an synthetic band. I asked for a return and they want to make you pay for return shipping across the world which is half the price of the wallet so they offer a partial refund. Now they have given me a run around about systems being down and asking for different confirmation #'s, payment methods etc. Just don't buy from these scammers tbh

Nice item, good correspondence from the firm when I checked about delivery times. Neater than a traditional wallet.
