The shipment was a disaster and I didn’t receive my order. No way to track the order until I wrote to the Shield’s customer service. The shipment was madr by a total unknown Company.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent purchase.

I received the wallet, but unfortunately, it is not magnetic as clearly stated in your advertisement. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. I do not appreciate such a dishonest approach to business.

Moreover, it took nearly six weeks for the item to arrive—only to find out that the product does not match the features you claimed. This experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing.

I expect an immediate explanation regarding this misrepresentation, and I request that you propose a proper resolution to this issue without delay.

Problema con la posta italiana che ha sbagliato destinatario e il pacco è stato smarrito, ottimo supporto da parte di Joshua, mi è stato rispedito un secondo articolo gratuitamente, arrivato nei tempi previsti, come da indicazioni

Nachdem ich gesehen habe das es aus China verschickt wird und nicht aus UK, habe ich bei AliExpress zu 99% identische Ware gefunden zu einem Bruchteil des Preises.

Dann habe ich die Annahme digital verweigert und bis heute kein Geld zurück.
PayPal wurde eingeschaltet

Mittlerweile Geld zurück aber auch nur weil Paypal GEGEN Shield Wallet entschieden hat.

Trustpilot entfernte meine Bewertung weil Shield Wallets diese gemeldet hat.

Daher poste ich diese erneut um andere Verbraucher darauf hinzuweisen.

It was a scam, I did not receive any product

My son love it

Delivery time was longer than desired. Paint damage began to happen in about two weeks (I really use everything very carefully, and the wallet is no exception).
Other than that it is pretty good, solid 4/5.

Get adjusted to the new style of wallet but definitely nice and compact

I gave it five for the product as it does what it says on the tin!! It is strong and durable. The colour Blue wallet is very striking. All in all all that i could want!!
The only drawback is not the product but delivery is went for normal option and itched taken three weeks. However for context I understand it came from China so I understand the delay. But it didn't matter in the end!!

I bought wallet on 28.4.2025. Today is 20.5. and I still waiting for my package. I wrote mail and they answered me ussuáy is time of delivery 4-9 budsiness day.

I find it difficult to remove cards, but it seems to be the only wallet that can hold many cards. And if I had known it would be coming from China, I would have bought a wallet made in Canada.

Okay. First. The wallet feels hefty. It doesn't feel like the metal bits are cheap. I like that. The cards fit right.
But Honestly the color I Recieved was not what the product listing indicated. The listing suggested a metallic colour. What I got was a metallic color just printed on the metal. That's disappointing.
Further, the cash strap around the one side has a metal bracket. After putting cash in there 3 times, the bracket is already fraying the cash strap, where it holds onto the strap. This is a design flaw, not a defective wallet.
I've had this wallet for 1 week(ish) and I'll probably be looking for another one within the next year. I'm not sure I'll go with shield again.

Well made product, does the job very well, keeps cards safe from damage or being scanned!
