AS I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY WALLETS WHAT DO YOUN THINK

I order this wallet on the 19th March, and as soon as you order you are asked to review a product that you have not got.
I am still waiting on the wallet to turn up, when you order it say 3-4 day delivery and will be shipped the next day. I have checked the tracking which started out OK but the tracking information has not been updated since the 23rd of March.
I have sent emails to find out what's going on and have had no reply from any of my emails.
After looking at other review seem alot of people have had the same issues, I am know wondering if I am going to get the wallet I ordered or if I have be ripped of. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Stop sending emails for a review to this product. I don’t have the product to review. Super ignoring!!!!!

The wallet was not damaged by arrival, the quality is great and sturdy. Tracking my order was easy.

The magnet is not strong enough to stay on the phone.

Keeps aking me to rate em before the item have arrived... also sendt me like 2 mail's i day begging me to buy another wallet even before it arrived. Like how many wallets do i need. And yet they keep aking me every other day to rate em. So here you go!

First order was wrong. Ordered the forged carbon wallet with keyholder and accessory pack. They delivered a pink one..messaged them, after 1.5 weeks they sended over the "correct wallet" just received the forged carbon wallet without the key holder and without accessory pack.....sigh...

You email too much and the important emails are getting lost. I won’t buy again because of the amount of annoying pointless emails

Easy and simple

Too many emails trying to upsell to additional products that you don’t want.

One email congratulating for buying 10 times the product that you had actually purchased.

Scam, no customer service, don’t buy it.
You will regret it ……

Prevista consegna in 7 gg. Dopo 13 gg nessun pacco arrivato, nessuna indicazione dal link di tracking, richiesto aggiornamenti via mail e nessuno ha risposto.
Per ora non mi aspetto buone notizie...

I don’t understand how ridge wallets are double the price but yet are the same thing definitely suggest shield wallets (UK company) good quality light weight I went with carbon fibre has a really nice finish to it highly recommend.

Multiple requests to review product, product not yet received, tracking information beyond basic. No realistic timeframe for delivery given. Not a good experience so far.

I placed my order at the beginning of February and I still haven’t received my product yet. I have written to CS twice to follow up regarding my package and it’s been almost 2 months now and it’s still somewhere in transit. It was clearly stated that one should expect the product to be delivered within 5-10 working days and it’s now been over 25 working days and it’s still nowhere to be found. I’m afraid this level of service is just unacceptable !

When looking for a new wallet I wanted to avoid the usual cheap chinese tat on amazon and order from an what i thought was a well established UK based company. But sadly shield wallets are just a Chinese rebrand and when you order off the sheild website - you have to wait weeks for it to arrive as its shipped direct from the cheap Chinese factory! Very dissapointed and still waiting for my wallet to arrive.

After ordering notice website actually advertised free delivery even though it charges you in basket for delivery, with in 2 hours of ordering must have received 10 junk emails from this company, when it was delivered it’s basically 2 plates of metal held together by elastic which will stretch over time then if you suddenly had less cards won’t keep the cards in the wallet, over all very cheap product but not a cheap price, it’s bad enough paying £35 for product if I’d paid full price, supposedly £70 I’d feel even more like

Direct na ontvangst een email gestuurd dat ik de normale wallet heb ontvangen ipv de bestelde magsafe. Nooit geen antwoord gehad of iets meer van vernomen. Communicatie is slecht.

excellent all-round.

Still not received and had at least 20 emails asking to review. Find a different supplier who holds uk stock.
