Ich habe am 02.03.2025 eine Wallet in Grün bestellt. Ich habe leider einen Fehler in der Angabe meiner Adresse gemacht aus diesem Grund habe ich noch am selben Tag eine Mail mit meiner Bestätigungsnummer und Screenshots an die auf der Webseite angegeben Mail Adresse geschickt in der ich alles erklärt habe. In der Mail habe ich selbstverständlich auch meine Adresse erneut angegeben diesmal korrekt. Ein paar Tage später erhalte ich eine automatische Nachricht das meine Wallet bereit zum Versand sei. In dieser Mail ist meine Adresse nun komplett verändert worden. Aus dem Straßennamen wurde zusätzlich die Hausnummer entfernt. In der Mail hieß es das die Wallet innerhalb von 10 Arbeitstagen bei mir eintreffen sollte. Daraufhin kontaktierte ich den Support erneut und erklärt den gesamten Fall per Mail erneut da ich bisher noch keine Antwort erhalten habe. Leider gibt es lediglich eine Mailadresse und diese wird anscheinend ignoriert. Zum Produkt kann ich nichts sagen da ich die Ware nicht erhalten habe. Ich werde definitiv meine Geld zurückfordern zur Not per Anwalt.
Wie bereits erwähnt habe bereits mehrfach die angegebene Email Adresse kontaktiert aber niemals eine Antwort bekommen. Der Kundenservice existiert nicht.
Update: nach Klärungsversuch über Paypal zeigt sich der Verkäufer immer noch nicht kooperativ. Paypal hat den Fall innerhalb von 2 Stunden geschlossen und mit das Geld erstattet.

Excellent product at a great price. Not only that, but the customer service is excellent! I purchased a Shield Wallet and after 18 months, a couple of screws had come loose. I contacted them and I was offered a new replacement wallet, with no questions asked under their lifetime warranty.

False advertisement.
I usually use Apple Pay, so never have my wallet with me anymore and on a few occasions have needed my drivers license and not had it. A magnetic wallet to stick to the back of my phone would be the perfect solution.
This is advertised as a MagSafe wallet, but it is not magnetic at all.

Misleading Service
Very misleading information on their website. I ordered a key case on the 23/02/2025, and the standard delivery times advertised were 4-9 days. It's now the 09/03/2025 and it will be entering the third week tomorrow.
I just have to cross my fingers and hope I will end up seeing the product I paid for.
Others might be better off going with a competitor like Ridge as they seem to have better reviews, and the product RRP prices are the same.

Poor customer service
Found the wallet hard to use and wanted to return it and asked for a refund (which the website said money back guarantee) they tried emotional blackmail (this is a family run company and the way a provide for my sons) so I wouldn’t return the wallet, after several emails I finally got a return address and was advised that it may get lost in the post etc and I had to paid the the return postage ( which it okay) I paid for it to be tracked and then waited, two weeks later no refund. Had to contact them again and ask for the refund. Would not recommend this company

Prodotto valido, ben realizzato, si vede e si sente sotto le dita la qualità, fatto davvero per durare.
Ho acquistato anche il kit di manutenzione ed il portamonete (sacrifichi un po’ di spazio per le carte, ma nulla di che). Anche gli accessori sono ben realizzati.
Se fossi nell’azienda investirei ulteriormente per potenziare il sistema di spedizioni e consegna per ridurre i tempi di attesa da parte del cliente.

This is a complete SCAM website, and everything about it is fake. They take your money from the UK but ship from China. Unfortunately, I didn’t see all the terrible reviews that had been shared before and after my purchase. Now, I’m trying to cancel my order, but there seems to be no option for cancellation or refunds. They claim you can contact them via email, but I’ve already done that, and no one has responded so far.
Their social media hasn’t posted any new content since 2024, yet they are heavily advertising on Instagram. Avoid this website at all costs. I’m even considering canceling my credit card because of them.THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE.
EDITING THIS MARCH 7 TO RESPOND THEIR MESSAGE BELOW: They canceled my order however I still dont receive it back on my bank account and I will not believe till I see it transfered it back. Today, weird random messages on my whatsapp appeared which this number that I gave for them was very new. I hope they dont steal information and sell it for some other purposes. I AM ON THIS BRAND! ITS DISGRACEFUL THAT THEY DESIGN THEIR BRAND THIS WAY TO GIVE HARD TIMES TO PEOPLE.

Marketing is a bit stronger than the product (e.g. titanium style is actually not titanium), but overall it’s a very solid product. Shipment takes ~2 weeks and comes directly from China. Good tracking including. Great and direct service available.
Product works as it should and I am still happy using it.

Free replacement sorted
I bought a wallet and keyring last March (2024) and while the wallet is still going strong the keyring fixing screw snapped just after xmas. Whilst looking online at replacements I found the contact us section and that they come with a lifetime guarantee. Joshua replied to my email within 24 hours and over the course of a weeks correspondence he has now arranged for a free replacement to be sent out. This may take a few weeks to get here but it is what it is. I can't speak for anyone else's issues but if you read the reviews and expect a delay in delivery then its not so bad. I also got the coin tray for the wallet but use that to keep folded cash notes in rather than the elastic band on the back as it's not on view. It works just fine along as you're not carrying a wedge of cash!

Okay so good thing the product itself it really good. However, one of the worst customer service care I have ever received.
My product took almost a month to turn up. I send multiple emails all of which were ignored. I finally got a reply on their instagram which was no help at all. When you want to return the item you’re met with a sob story about how they use the money from this business to support their family. I’m sorry but this is not professional and should not be included in a returns email.
Having sent the item back (paying for the return myself) I sent it tracked as I didn’t trust the company not to “lose” my return. My item according to Royal Mail was marked delivered days ago and I have heard nothing from shield about processing my refund. I would not recommend buying from them you can get exactly the same product else where for cheaper and better service

Scam! STAY AWAY! Where is your phone number? Where is any type of communication access except for an email address? Where does it say shipping from China. It’s been almost a week and product still in China!
Fakers reviewers! All 5 star reviews only have 1 review (by reviewer), except 1 which has 8. Any legit business in the uk has a phone number. Nowhere says they’re shipping from china, would have never bought…speak with your bank. Took me 3 days to see what’s happening

Disappointing customer service but good product
Ordered nearly three weeks ago and nothing, email address on the website gets returned as not recognised, social media page has not returned my DM. Over all feeling like I have been ripped off, not sure if this company still operates but I would not use if I were you.
Update- item arrived 4 weeks after order, good quality and well made. I have no issue with waiting for a delivery when it's cheap and well made, just wish shield wallet would give a clue as to the estimated delivery times. Also would be good to get emails returned and DM's answered, only heard back after writing review on here. Changed from 1 star to 3 as better customer service would give more stars.

Delivery?
Ordered this 3 weeks ago and still not had delivery. Been told the one I ordered is now out of stock and if I wanted another colour. Chose another colour and still have not received it. Attempted to contact customer support but now not having a reply.
All I wanted was my wallet and key holder and am yet to receive it or a proper update. I got a yodel tracking number that just says in transit like the last one.
Shocking experience so far. By the looks at other people’s reviews I’m not the only one.

Pas de retour possible. Service client injoignable
Commande bien passée, service client sympa et réactif jusqu’à ce que je les contacte pour un retour car finalement le produit ne me convient pas. Au début ils essayent de me proposer des remises sur les produits pour me faire changer d’avis (et « Joshua » me raconte même qu’il est parent célibataire et il comprend l’importance de chaque achat!) mais que si je souhaite toujours retourner les produits, ils m’accompagnera tout au long du processus. Lorsque je refuse très poliment les remises et j’exprime le souhait de retourner les articles, plus aucune réponse malgré plusieurs relances. Résultat, politique et publicité mensongère car nous n’avons pas vraiment le droit de « retourner le produits s’ils ne nous conviennent pas ». Ne commandez pas sur ce site !
