This company smells hustle from miles away. Look at all those 5-star ratings! How great is that! And all those 5-star users with only one review - this company. Naaah, keeping away from this.

Joshua was really helpful, polite and very very quick to sort the issue I had. Great service. Can’t go wrong.

Through my own fault I had problems with the delivery address and contacted Joshua at Shield to help me. He got in touch with courier, responded to emails almost immediately and the parcel turned up, thank you for the personal and prompt service. would highly recommend

I got the MagSafe wallet on carbon and it’s strongly connected with the iPhone so 5*****

Total con, do not buy. Their 'sale' is for the basic product which is awful, 2x bits of plastic kept together with elastic, feels cheap. Based on the pictures expect a mechanism to easily access my cards, you literally separate the metal with your thumbs. Delivery was late, 7-9 days advertised took 14 days to receive. Will look to return but will cost me more money.
Increased the 1 star review as offered 50% refund & to keep the item so can't complain about the effort to remedy the issue.

Mega scam company. No contact, no help, no product.

My review is similar to the other ones I have seen on here (I wish I had read these before ordering) - the email spam is absolutely ludicrous and most importantly, when buying it states it will be shipped in 24-48 hours. I ordered mine 6 days ago and when I looked at the tracked shipment, it has been in China, to the US and back to China with no sign of it moving towards the UK. There is no expected time of arrival mentioned. I have emailed the company, hopefully receive something back.

Purchased a wallet from shield and when I wanted to return the order the response time to my email was so quick, this was only to tell me a sob story of being a single parent and a small business owner trying to give me discount to keep the wallet. Wallet has been returned and now that Klaran is looking me to pay for my returned wallet that I know has been received as it was recorded delivery the customer service is no where to be seen. So don't purchase from here.

Wallet broke after 2 weeks. Surprise , surprise the company and helpful Joshua don’t want to know or refund me for this absolute pile of cheap, Chinese crap. Save your money. And avoid like the plague.

The email spam is insane. Really toxic practices to stop you unsubscribing. Almost certainly will return the product because of it.

Blacked out unsubscribe text, broken links, multiple click throughs.

Even if the product is good, don't support these desperate practices.

Additional update- The products ship directly from China which is not mentioned on their website. Takes for ever, more shady practises. Would not reccomend.

I never go out my way to type reviews but this thing is balls. I'd not trust it to hold any cash or cards because of it's cheap build and they absolutely spam you to death with emails

My experience is almost identical to that of the last reviewer.

I placed an order over 7 days ago now.

It still has not arrived, yet during this time I've been absolutely bombarded with marketing emails.

How are you sending it, snail mail? It's 2025... nobody is going to wait that long to receive a product in the post.

I'll never order from here again no matter whether the product arrives now or not. You don't deserve to be in business if this is the way you treat customers.

UPDATE: The product has arrived but is terrible quality. I have contacted the company for a full refund, but as others have mentioned you never receive a reply from them. Seems this company is very keen to keep up appearances with their reviews, but once they get your money couldn't care less. Avoid at ALL costs!

I ordered a bundle last week, said on the site it would process it within 24-48h. But my order is still "parcel information received" and on the tracking website it's the same. No updates whilst time for processing has elapsed.

I tried contacting them via email and direct message on Facebook, but no answer. Have received 15 marketing mails during this period, but no reply to my answer for an update.

I don't know if asking for a refund will help...

I would not advise ordering here, feels like a scam/dropshipper.

Shocking customer service
No problems with the product as yet. However two wallets were sent and charged for when I only wanted one and I’ve never known customer service to be so bad. There were multiple emails of him trying to avoid returning the payment, not acknowledging the product return and even giving BS of him being a single parent and needing the money! WTF. I would strongly advise against dealing with this company. It’s like he goes out of his way to get a bad review. It could so easily change if he understood customer service

Website advertises express delivery but actual delivery is far from that. The item has arrived finally and looks good but has several dents in it unfortunately, which ruins the aesthetics.

Wallet came with a large scratch on the metal plate. Shipping was quick and the wallet is fine. But this scratch leaves a silver mark across the matte black plate of the wallet which is very annoying to look at.

I ordered a wallet that was buy one get one free the package arrived 2 to 3 week later. On opening the package there was only one wallet inside. I contacted them with no reply several times. On contacting PayPal to dispute this they were quick to reply then saying that I'd contacted the wrong email address. Even though I contacted the one supplied in the invoice email. I sent screenshot. They then came back with that the package had been delivered. I then sent pictures of the packaging label that had the weight of the package at 0.1kg (100grams) the wallet inside the packing weighed 91grams and the packing 7grams totally 98grams proving only one wallet had been sent. PayPal favoured them though as they are not part of the buyer protection scheme.
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Edit: I heard from Shield and received the wallet and key holder in the post. Joshua at Shield was very helpful when we corresponded and that was appreciated.

The wallet itself seems very well made and easy to use. Zero complaints so far about the actual product.

I've settled on three stars because, while I'm ultimately happy, it was difficult to get hold of and answers from Shield about what was happening with my order - I only got traction by leaving a negative review. However, it's clear that they are a genuine company and - as I say - I'm happy with the product.

Just be aware if ordering that the delivery times are a bit slow and the customer communication - while friendly and helpful - is not very prompt and your emails may not get a reply.

This is my second review.

My first review covered the fact that despite issues with my order, and repeated emails to Shield to get some clarity, I was not able to elicit a single reply from them.

Shield replied promptly to my review and promised swift resolution.

This is yet to materialise. The email address they directed me to is of no use as no emails are acknowledged or replied to.

Looking at the other one star reviews it's clear that this is just a pro forma response.

WTF is going on, Shield?

Is it that hard to reply to or acknowledge emails?
