Absolutely awful company and I wish I hadn't tried to but anything from them. Still waiting for my wallet 14 days after ordering - tried to "track" it but now that function just says "cannot track package". I have emailed so-called "customer service" to cancel the order so I can buy a Ridge wallet (which I should have done in the first place) - no response from them. At first, this company seemed genuine online but I now think it is a scam and people should avoid this company at all costs - I now have to go to the trouble of trying to get my money back from my credit card company.

Time and again get fooled by AI generated reviews. 1)Firstly product comes from China and you will wait a wait 2) if you need to return it , they will offer partial refund and you keep the product. 3) Even the good reviews are false, either AI or “ friends” of the company. Don’t bother ordering, mine will be cancelled even though it’s still in Hefei 🤔

I previously gave a 1 star review due to the wallet being all scratched through use. They have since replaced it for me, free of charge. I can't really ask any more than that.

Awful customer service. Don’t be fooled by the War & Peace length emails, they’re AI generated and tell you everything about the lack of sincerity and customer care applied.

To add insult to injury, you receive multiple emails asking how they did, before you’ve even had shipping confirmation. The answer, lads? Utterly dreadful.

They’ll reply to this and ask me to email an info email address for more Chat GPT generated falsities, that’ll be fun.

Not a UK company for a start..shipped from Asia and takes forever with no updates or communication..wallet is cheap in both price and quality. Will stick to ridge wallets in future. Wouldn't waste your time or money with this company

I have ordered a number of Wallets from Shield. One I had was with an air tag holder (bracket). The screws for the holder were lost after 6 months of use and the holder nearly fell off the wallet. The Shield has a lifetime guarantee.

I contacted them and after a few photos taken, a full replacement wallet was sent.

I placed my order over 14 days ago, drawn in by the promise of fast shipping. Two weeks later, the package still hasn’t arrived and the tracking information hasn’t moved. A different item I bought from Temu after placing this order has already shown up—so much for “lightning‑fast delivery.”

Adding to the frustration is the deceptive “Spring Sale” timer plastered across the website. When I ordered, the sale was supposed to end “in a few hours.” Yet every single day since, the countdown magically resets and the promotion keeps running. That’s not a limited‑time offer it’s straight‑up false advertising and it is illegal in European union.

Bottom line: if you need your item promptly or you value honest marketing look elsewhere.

Delivery took about a week which wasn’t bad. Once the wallet arrived and we tried it with my husband we realised it’s pretty awkward to use and that it wasn’t suitable for his needs so decided to return it. Joshua from Shield was responsive however first he tried to make us keep it and giving us partial refund which is not what we wanted since we were not going to use the wallet or gift it to anyone. After some back and forth Joshua finally provided return UK address. We sent the wallet back promptly however made a mistake and sent it via Royal Mail without tracking. It has been about 10 days since we sent it and they are claiming they haven’t received it.
Should have accepted the partial refund, that way I’d get at least some of my money back.
I wouldn’t recommend buying the wallet from Shield unless you are certain you will keep the product.

Ordered on 20/04, now 12/05 still no wallet.

Shipping information updated on 21/04 "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier" no updates since.

Highly disappointing delivery times.

Edit - in fairness to Shield they immediately refunded my money when this was pointed out to them. So less risk for anyone considering purchasing. Review adjusted to reflect.

Nachdem ich gesehen habe das es aus China verschickt wird und nicht aus UK, habe ich bei AliExpress zu 99% identische Ware gefunden zu einem Bruchteil des Preises.

Dann habe ich die Annahme digital verweigert und bis heute kein Geld zurück.

Mittlerweile Geld zurück aber auch nur weil Paypal GEGEN Shield Wallet entschieden hat

Ordered on 21/4 and it is now 8/5, it has not arrived and tracking has not updated since order placed. Well outwith delivery timeframe.. so disappointed. Not good enough.. should have gone with Ridge as friends said.
18/5/25 and still not arrived. This is a SCAM company, the good reviews are AI generated.

Produkt entspricht nicht den Bildern auf der Webseite. Die Kanten auf den Bildern der Internetseite sind 45⁰ gefast, was bei der gelieferten Ausführung nicht der Fall ist. Diese sind extrem scharfkantig. Außerdem ist auch die Ausfertigung der Schraubenlöcher qualitativ nicht wie auf der Internetseite. Auf Anfragen zum zurück schicken wird nicht geantwortet. Die Reviews auf ihrer Internetseite sind Betrug. Das Review mit Bildern vom minderwertigen Wallet das ich hochgeladen habe wird nicht angezeigt. Betrüger, Finger weg.

Ordered wallet 9 days ago. Has been in transit for 8....have emailed with no response. Facebook messaged which started off fine then all of a sudden the responses have stopped. Not happy... have no idea where the item is and due to your relcutance to respond..a refund is looking highly unlikely aswell. Thanks for nothing and enjoy my 30 quid. Robbing sods!
