Still not received my items. 3 weeks now no one contacted me to explain or compensate a missed birthday present. I got the BS standard email saying delivery is 4-9 working days! What a crock. Not impressed with Shield shame I can’t give zero stars!

Insanely long shipping time .
Waited 2 weeks after ordering just for the tracking information, it’s still in china right now. Absolute joke . Especially because their website says “ All orders processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Standard delivery times 4-9 days” which is just blatant lies .

Disappointed
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. It feels bulky, with only 5 cards in it, and is at least 3mm fatter than my Code118. There is no ease with removing cards to use them, it is cumbersome and annoying. And the money clip doesn’t appear to hold notes very securely, itself a worry. I think it will be back to the Code118 for me. Would love a refund, but I doubt if that will happen.

Poor delivery, on a poor product
Purchased a Shield wallet at the end of January, was delivered 2 weeks later. Attached it to my phone and within 24 hours it had come loose and was lost.
Very disappointing given the cost of nearly £40

Excellent wallet and Excellent customer service, I did have a fault with it after a while, and Joshua from Shield was very prompt with emails and got me a free replacement sent out straight away the same day.

TYpical chinese copy company. AVOID
Very slow response and basically typical Chinese nonsense company trying to ride on the RIDGE success.
Not a real tracking number it's been 3 weeks and nothing in sight. NO FEEDBACK!!!
NOT only that they are sending me the old leftover key holders without any choice to cange and get refunded.
Over all AVOID and go to RIDGE, much better service and quality.

Joshua saves the day
5 star earned thanks to Joshua's help when unfortunately Yodel decided to do what Yodel does best and lose my original order. A few e-mails later he gets it sorted and a replacement sent out.

What am I waiting for? Christmas 2026?
I was.looking for a UK based company for an RFID wallet. Sheild, onbthe surface appeared to be such a company. My reason for this was that I didn't wish for something to come from China. Apart from not being planet friendly due to carbon footprint on transportation, there are concerns about quality of some Chinese manufactured products.
Soon after purchase it became apparent that this was in fact coming from China. I purchased this on 29th January. On the evening of 6th February it seems that the item has fallen into a black hole. It allegedly left an airport in China at 16:38 on the 4th February 2025. There is no tracking since then.
Eight days after purchase I do not have possession of my RFID wallet.
Not really very impressed with the transportation side of things, and I feel somewhat dupped on the fact that I searched specifically for UK RFID wallets, wanting one that was made in the UK, not China.
Edit. Your response is an insult saying "can't find an order under Customer". You just had the prime opportunity to supply an email address, and at least make it look like there was the risk of some Customer service. I will now be looking into whether I can at least get a refund.
I also note that you could not be bothered to address concerns about the fact that I as a customer feel dupped. Marvellous! Keep up the shady behaviour why don't you. I have just reduced the review to a single star as a result.

no deliveries of product
i bought three items from them, it never arrived for over two weeks.. they lied about my order and deliveries.. they were saying yodel had it but it was somewhere else.. was given two different delivery reference numbers. so i didnt know which one to believe.. wasnt allowed a refund. only way to get a refund is if i had the items.. not only i lost out on money, i lost out out on the product.. avoid this company!!! you will only be let down.
