Ordered over a week ago. No acknowledgment email, not a hint of a dispatch email. Nothing. Just read the other reviews (wish I had before purchasing) and seems like a common theme. Chalk this one down to experience but would suggest people think twice before ordering. Looked at Ridge wallets first, more expensive but least you’d get it!!

Received the product, wasn’t happy with the functionality or suitability of the wallet for my usage. Activated the 2 month money back guarantee well within time frame, provided with proof of return. Originally Joshua tried to sway me to keep the product in exchange for a partial refund. This started at 25% and when i declined rose to 50% which i then declined again as I wanted a full refund as i had no use for the product. When i had sent the wallet back which contained my name and address on the shipping package I heard nothing from the business and had no received no refund so I once again emailed. At this point i have sent a significant amount of emails having to jump through hoops being told the payment system isn't functioning so they could not refund to my original card. Then I was told to provide my Paypal, which I did and was told it would be forwarded onto the ‘finance team’ which weeks later nothing has came of it and no refund has issued. Its important to note here when I was originally offered a partial refund Joshua of Shield Wallet told me he single handedly operates the entire business himself. So the finance team is himself he did not have to forward any details on and has seemingly just delayed the refund by any means necessary. Definitely has came across as shady business practice and I could not advise against this company enough as it should be cut and clear when you want to return an item and should not be 10-15 emails deep regurgitating the same information and having to deny attempts to sway you to partial refunds so they can still make a slight profit on the product.

I had a missing screw in my wallet. I contacted support and Joshua was extremely helpful in solving the issue. They send me extra screws and also a suitable small screw driver to fix rhe wallet.

Nice Wallet and friendly answer to my request. Shipping was about 10 days so within time like described on the website. Sadly the wallet is a little bit thicker than I thought but in good quality.

Came across the product via a YouTube video, thought it looked a brilliant well made product. And what turned up isn't that.
Feels cheap, plastic and there's no way this should come with a lifetime guarantee.
From ordering to being delivered wasn't an issue considering it's come from China.
Only wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. (Must be why the comments are turned off on the adverts).
It's an ok product, would like to think it will last me 12 months but time will tell.
Was £60 for the wallet and key sleeve, overpriced by 50% imo.
Better products out there.

Ordered a wallet to replace my current (similar) wallet, but after initial "the orders has been shipped", no updates on the order status whatsoever.
Sent an email requesting support - no response...

All in all, probably a scam, wasted money

Bought a shield wallet on in June. It was shipped on 16 June and no tracking information has ever been available. I have tried contacting Shield via email and have received no response. Not sure if this is a scam product so I suggest you don’t buy from them

Ordered on the 21st June. Wanted for my holiday in July. Supposedly dispatched on 23rd. Now 2nd July and still no tracking apart from the dispatch. Chased with Shield, my emails have been ignored. Still no update. Know to tell everyone about shoddy customer care now.

Edit: Shield tried to dispute with Trust pilot that my review was for the wrong company. It’s not. The standard reply is actually the route I have already taken with no success. DO NOT BUY!

Took a month to dispatch my order. Despite regular chasing with little communication in return. Offered % discount for the inconvenience which I accepted if it was shipped by a certain time.

Finally got the product and it did not feel as advertised online so returned the order. Just two bits of metal held together with an elastic band.

Communication has been awful. They have received the return and despite promising money will be returned within 5-7 business days they are still "working on it" and "escalating it" with no timeline of payment. Annoyed I did not buy through paypal and so can't raise a claim with them but will be looking at my options now.

EDIT: Have asked it to be raised to customer service in the reply here. Have sent them my email thread with 33 emails that have been ignored. Still no response

Got my wallet as a Father's day gift love the wallet, so compact and exactly what I wanted. Had a slight issue with the strap, after having the wallet for a week the metal plate had pierced a couple of holes in the elastic. Sent a couple emails and got some very quick responses from Joshua who in turn got me sorted with a new wallet and a clip. First class service.

Quick response and very helpful! I had not issues with dealing with Joshua. He was very helpful and my solution was solved with more than I expected!! Great customer service and very happy with the outcome. The wallet is super handy and I never lose it thanks to the tag.

I made a complaint on Trust pilot regarding SHEIN company that I would like to return a dress which doesn’t look the same colour what I ordered.Their response that I should go on to their customer support which I did and their replied I received that my email address is incorrect which is rubbish.I even asked my son to check if I’m doing something wrong.Again I got no where with their response.How this company is allowed to get away with customers complaints?I went on to their customer services many times all what it says I tried so many times please try later.Why it’s so difficult to return a dress which I’m not happy.I’m sure if I was buying more items it would be all straight forward.Anyone out there please think twice before buying from SHEIN

Not the safest wallet. Product is essentially two pieces of metal held together by an elastic band. Tried to return it and got hit with a sob story and discount, Refused the discount to the same sob story and more discount, which I accepted to end the fuss. Wallet is in the bin.

Wow, what a rip off, poor quality product, great at taking your money immediately but refuse to refund even when product received back

Your response to this is your standard response, I have tried to deal with you but it’s just excuses after excuses. My bank have now opened a fraud case against you! They will resolve it

when I ordered my wallet I noticed the dilivery time is very long, but after I got it I was very happy with the wallet. Although it is straight import from China the quality is great. After a month or two i noticed a screw went missing, but after contacting costumer help they kindly sent out 4 free screws.

Nach einer Reklamation wurde mir in kürzester Zeit eine Antwort mit Lösung angeboten. Die ich mehr als zuvorkommend fand. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich ins besondere an Joshua bedanken. Besten Dank

What a disaster, folks, a total disaster! I ordered a wallet, a fantastic wallet, the best wallet, believe me. And then, the mail, frankly, it was a mess. They sent it to the wrong place, a very uninhabited place, nobody there, empty, sad!
But then, Joshua from Shield! What a guy, a tremendous guy. He stepped in, very quickly, very decisively, and he fixed it. He really did. He got that wallet, my beautiful wallet, to me. It was tremendous service, the best service. Other companies, they wouldn't know what to do, they’d be lost, totally lost.
So, Joshua, you made a positive impact, a very positive impact, believe me. And Shield, a great company, a really great company. Five stars, absolutely five stars, maybe even more, if they had more stars, I'd give them more. They deserve it. They really do. This is top-notch, folks, top-notch!

Order came and wallet wasn't quite what I wanted in regards to getting cards out. It's too difficult. Let them know and it was agreed they would refund at 50%. This was over a month ago and still no refund. The guy says he's a single parent etc then talks about the financial team organising the refund. Seems dodgy.
