At first, I thought this company might be a scam because I didn’t receive any information about the shipping or delivery process. I sent them an email with my order details, and they replied with a link that allowed me to track my parcel.

Today, I’m happy to say that I received my order, and it was better than expected. The keyholder was a bit tricky to set up, but eventually all the keys fit. The wallet is also great, even better than I hoped for.

The only negative experience I encountered was the lack of communication and tracking information for the shipment. Other than that, everything was great.

i have waited over about a week for a confirmation email which i am still yet to receive i have sent about three emails since then with no reply at all i can not track my order as i don’t have a order number it is the worst customer service i have experienced it says i should’ve received an email within 2 days of ordering which is a complete lie if this wallet does turn up i will be very surprised this was a gift for my father which has been completely ruined thank you a lot shield wallet

I recently placed an order for two sheild wallets. The carbon Fibre with strap and carbon Fibre with clip, because I was uncertain which one would suit my needs. And now I need to return one back. I have send them 3 emails and no response

I ordered two Shield wallets before seeing the reviews here and then panicked when I seen all the negative ones.

Mine arrived 8 days after ordering and I had a confirmation email and shipping email. If you use the tracking link via the email or the website it doesn’t show any updates at all, mine still doesn’t have an update despite it being delivered. However, for all my parcels I always use parcelapp.com and it gives you regular updates from loads of companies all over the world.

It shipped from China (although it’s marketed as a UK company so I don’t like that) and I was able to track it the whole way. If anyone reading is worried they’re not getting an update on the Shield website, try Parcelapp with the tracking number.

Wallet itself seems really sturdy, I got one with a strap, my stepdad got one with a clip. Easy enough to store cards, can slip them out easily and it’s holding money tightly. Will update in time when it’s been used but it seems really good so far.

I will say though, a lot of the positive reviews here look super sus, very AI/bot feeling, especially as most of them have 1 review total. It doesn’t look great for a company to be fair.

Ich habe in dem Onlineshop bestellt, ohne dass klar ersichtlich war, dass es sich um Dropshipping aus China handelt. Erst nach der Versandbestätigung wurde deutlich, dass das Paket aus China kommt.

Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und meinen Widerruf erklärt. Man bat mich, das Paket dennoch anzunehmen, um anschließend eine Lösung zu finden. Leider blieb es bei diesem Versprechen. Auf meinen Widerruf wurde bis heute nicht reagiert, und der Kundenservice ist nicht mehr erreichbar.

Zwischenzeitlich hat sich der Kundendienst gemeldet und eine Teilerstattung angeboten. Wir haben eine Lösung gefunden.

I’ve tossed this key organizer into my backpack dozens of times, and the keys haven’t scratched a thing. Each one pivots smoothly on the central post, and the lid snaps tight every time. It’s a tidy way to eliminate pocket mess and jingle-free walks. Definitely a keeper.

Wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering.
Delivery is super slow and as per other orders it’s held up in custom ( yeah right ). I was also fooled into believing that I was ordering from a UK based company.
I’m not optimistic that the wallet will ever turn up and if and when it does arrive it’s likely to be a sub par product.
What a waste of hard earned money.
The delivery time quoted is an urban myth for sure.

I had a minor concern with a new Shield wallet. I made contact with Shield and dealt on email with Joshua at Shield who was excellent in his approach to customer service / satisfaction and resolving the issue. I would highly recommend Shield as a company.

Still waiting for my shield wallet and key holder. No conformation about order from shield. Have waited a week and half and nothing. Email customer service guy called Joshua responded with hardly any info. When asking where my order he sends me a copy of delivery tracking. The item have been to delivered to france. I don't live in France. Just unbelievable. Have emailed yesterday and no reply. I know what happens next a generated replay.
Don't bother using this company.

There was a mixup at my local post office and the original package had to be returned to sender, but Shield's Customer Support was as efficient as it could have been when I talked to them about the delay. Joshua arranged for a replacement to be sent in no time, and I got my package exactly the way I ordered it, it was worth the wait. Amazing service, amazing product!

Currently in the process of waiting for my order, if it ever gets shipped. Already waiting 11 days with no status update, even though they claim it will be sent the next day. And like the other reviews here, little to even no reply to your questions.
They are “still looking into my status” after 4 days.

After this review I will probably also get a standard reply how sorry they feel and that I should get in contact. Which is what I’ve been doing…

Seeing the positive reviews on here also feels shady to me.

All in all a total Scam!!

I bought this wallet on 01 July. But since I didnt get any updates or confirmation of my order. I think it is scam. Since i sent 2 emails regarding that I want to cancel my order and refund my money. No one is ever answering the emails.
