Thank you for the 5 star review!
Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. The delivery arrived palletized, banded, and wrapped with no damage. Pricing was better than most places I compared plus they custom cut and delivered the order.

I got the order promptly
I got the order promptly; it was in good shape & the dimensions were correct. On the paper protection it didn't say UV protection, I hope that it is.

Item Not Delivered - Poor Communication
At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my package. It’s been more than 3 weeks. I did not receive any updates regarding shipping. When I reached out to their customer service, I got a quick response but the information was incorrect. A week later, I got a call to schedule delivery but the shipping company said there was still a payment due upon delivery. Of course, the delivery charge was paid at the time of purchase. I hope I get the order sometime soon. My contractor has been waiting awhile and I can’t cancel the order.
