Product was good, delivery time not so much
Product was good. Cut perfectly to the size I requested. The only problem was slow turnaround time. It took a few very stressful weeks to finally get my order. The plastic I ordered was to repair an aquarium filtration system that I needed to have back up and running very quickly. I have lots of other projects coming up in the near future that will require lots of plastic. If I choose shapes plastic for these projects I will be sure to place my order well in advance of when I will actually need them.

Hi Maher, I apologize for your recent experience. I will have a customer service representative reach out to you.
Who puts box tape directly on PC sheets?
I ordered 2 sheets of polycarbonate, which were not cheap. They shipped them in a thin cardboard box and placed a sheet of posterboard on one side of the 2 sheet stack. Then they ran tape around the bundle sticking 3 rows of box tape on the one unprotected plastic sheet. The tape was nearly impossible to get off. The adhesive residue is even worse (not coming off) and their customer service is not responding to 2 emails. I want a replacement sheet packaged properly for the $125 I paid.
UPDATE... After submitting a negative review. I received an email from customer service stating that they will be sending out replacements. We'll update when I receive them.
2nd update... received replacement sheets in good condition so 4 stars.

Easy to order
I was able to order the exact material I needed, cut to size. The web interface was easy and intuitive to use. My order shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping was not a great experience, but that was the carrier's fault.

Great product
Overall, the 1/2 polycarbonate sheet I ordered was great. I had one issue. It was to be custom cut, the width was correct but the length was not. I ordered a 46.25 and the sheet still came at 48 inches. Not a big deal since I ended up having to cut it into two panels anyway. Product was packaged well.

I am sorry to hear this. We hold all orders to a 1/8" tolerance, glad to hear it still worked for you though.
I misunderstood the shipping date
I misunderstood the shipping date. I needed the two pieces of lexan on a specific date. I called to find out the delivery date and was able to work out a new shipping plan immediately. I got the shipment on time and was able to install without a hitch.

Piece was 1/8” short one each side
Piece was 1/8” short one each side. Paid for edges to be round, but it looks like someone took a butter knife to the edges and nicked it. Not what I expected when I paid nearly $300 for it
