Great Product and Service
The whole experience with Shapes Plastics was great. I reviewed my options online and ultimately ordered during a phone call with a customer service rep. Our 3 foot by 6 foot 1/4 inch polycarbonate was shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. We would definitely order from them if we need product in the future.

I got what I wanted. It wasn't obvious I would.
I'm giving you a 5 because I got what I wanted and for that you deserve a 5. But I would give you less based on information on your webiste.
I contacted you twice about tolerances because the 1/8" tolerance isn't stated on the product page or the custom order page, I only found it at the bottom of the home page after I was told that the 1/8" tolerance was in fact stated. On the product page it states CNC cutting is "exact" with no reference to any 1/8" tolerance.
So, again, what I got was correct but your website and custom order form need to clearly and correctly state tolerance in more logical places than just at the bottom of the homepage.
There are emails between me and customer service regarding this if you care to look.

Excellent Customer Service
Custom sheet came with a corner priced cracked that fell off. Probably 4ish cm triangle cracked off when I opened package. Probably shippers fault but still unfortunate.
Update: They immediately reached out upon seeing this and sent me a replacement. Excellent Customer service!

2 out of 4 Arrived Damaged
Placed an order for 4 items, two large pieces that measured 50+ inches height & width and 2 smaller pieces measuring 15"× 15" costing me almost $400. The 2 smaller pieces came undamaged while the 2 larger pieces both came damaged both cracked.

Busy because they give great service..
Initially the response time on an order was delayed due to the business being really busy. Ricario responded instantly when I called apologised and got my order of a 52" x16" x 1" acrylic, cut and shipped the very next day. The sheet was professionally packed and arrived safely and quickly. Ricario was very friendly and accomodating for my order and kept all his promises. A man of his word and truly an asset to ShapesPlastics. GREAT SERVICE!!
