Shipping was very fast
Shipping was very fast, wish it was darker bronze, and strips were horizontal in stead vertical. But over all very happy with product.

Very easy to order
Very easy to order with options for specific cuts so they arrived ready to use simplifying my project. Measured, ordered and arrived in a weeks time. Currently working on my project, hoping to finish it up by the weekend. Prices for product as well as shipping were good. Pleasant experience. I would order here again as well as recommend to others.

What i liked was I was able to speak…
What i liked was I was able to speak with someone to make certain about the product. I have been wondering what I could do to prevent having to clean every season as I used this to put my plastic storage containers if Xmas decorations. Finally I found someone - you. They fit perfect.

Good product, good service, shipped promptly
Good product and shipped promptly. One piece was damaged, but fortunately, we had to cut it down anyway, so no harm, no fowl. Otherwise a very good experience. Note that they also corrected my shipping address for me prior to shipping the items, as Shopify had auto-corrected to an old address on file. So a big THANK YOU to their team for being on point!

Product good. Packaging terrible.
Product was as ordered. However. Packaging for shipping was absolute garbage. No padding or foam at all anywhere to protect my plexiglass sheet so I have a few spots where chunks were chipped off the edge and a corner is busted up to hell.

Hi Michael, we will absolutely ship a replacement for you - I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Great customer service
The customer service representative was excellent. You can actually speak to a human being who understands your questions and has answers. No AI robots. No inefficiency. Very refreshing! The shelves appear to be good quality except that the polished edges I paid extra for are not noticeably different from any of the other edges. They still seem a little rough.

The communication and ease of ordering…
The communication and ease of ordering were very good and I like the product. I was disappointed in the finish on the edge of the plexiglass. It was rough and had tiny chips across the edges. I had expected a smoother finish.

8+ weeks wait
They informed me that my order would take 8+ weeks to fulfill and asked if I would like to cancel or continue my order. I chose to continue with the order and wait the 8+ weeks. The next day I got an email telling me that they had sourced a master sheet and would ship my order by the middle of next week. They went above and beyond to fill the order in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.
