I honestly was afraid to order because of some of the unfortunate reviews. But honestly shipping was fast. 💯 % authentic for my item.

I have never received package. Emailed customer service a twice before anyone responded to me and still no resolution of my situation.

They postponed the delivery date so I emailed them to cancel but they didn't cancel. Then when it arrived it wanted to return it because I had already ordered it from cettire which was with more than $200 cheaper but they declined my return.

Had to pay an extra £40 as Seymayka did not advise that the product was being imported and I would be liable for the taxes. Had the same product delivered by The Double F who covered the taxes for the same price.

I tried to return the item, very hard to communicate with any one from website no body sent me return instructions!!!! size of the items to small!!!

Ordered a beg in August 2023 to be delivered within 7 days. October 2023 and I still have not received the product. I sent them many emails requesting refund and they continue to ignore my request. Stay away.

Stay away from this website!!! They are a scam, no address, no phone number, your emails will be ignored. I purchased dolce gabbana sneakers with “express” shipping that arrived 2 weeks after my purchase date, only to find out that they send me size 45 instead of 42,5. Gets better the shoe size inside of the sole says 8.5 but measures 12,5 inches (32cm). Not matching any size charts. After sending multiple pictures to customer service asking for return shipping label they stopped unswerving my emails. Should be reported and banned!!!

Received different shoes not what I ordered now have to chase them up for a return and get a refund I really hope they do refund my delivery charges it was their fault sending wrong shoes, so far no reply to my email?

The process was fast and the item was well packaged. Shipping was fast as well! The item was in perfect condition too.
