Day to Night Plumbing is highly recommended. Mr Adam, very punctual and very tidy on his works. He very keen to his skills and knows what he is doing with giving additional advise how to make it working last. Works done for you perfectly and making sure everythings working. He cleans as he goes. He speaks straight forward but he is very nice and kind. Thank you again Mr Adam. Your information is display on our fridge. 🙏

I found Raghu Rao through Oneflare

I found Raghu Rao through Oneflare, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
After calling so many accountants trying to get help with my 7 years of overdue tax returns, most seemed uninterested or made it feel like a burden. Raghu was completely different from the very first phone call — he was friendly, professional, and reassured me straight away that it was no hassle at all.
Even though everything was handled over the phone and we never met in person, his communication was outstanding the entire time. He confidently told me my returns would be completed within a fortnight — and he delivered exactly as promised, with no stress or delays.
Not only was his customer service above and beyond, but the return I received was far better than I ever expected. That alone speaks volumes about his knowledge and attention to detail.
Thank you, Raghu Rao, for doing such an amazing job. I truly couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing help with their taxes — especially if you’ve been putting it off like I was!

Could not be more disappointed. Dreadful Customer Service.

Have been signed up for three months. Have received only 3 leads. One of the biggest selling points is there excellent refund policy.
On my third lead I quoted the client.
I spent time both by email and two separate phone calls with the client going through her needs and the quote. She accepted.
I sent the meeting invitation, for the on site visit and inspection. She accepted.
The morning of the appointment she then sent a scathing email saying she DID NOT ACCEPT OUR QUOTE.
I have paid for the lead. Don't have exact amount of the lead but in the vicinity of 54 credits.
I reach out to the Support team on 15th March - and provide all the detailed information and correspondence with the client.
On 26th March I followed up.
I was sent a reply email addressed to a different person. (That has a unique way of making you feel valued when the email starts with the wrong Christian name).
I was then told they had contacted 'the client' (the one who dicked me around, wasted my time accepted, then cancelled) and are waiting on her reply.
Even though I have sent all the detailed correspondence and dates.
I receive a subsequent email, which feels like a delaying tactic, asking me which exact clauses of One Flare's terms and conditions and refund policy I am referring to.
Then again today - just a few minutes ago - I received another email, from a different person in Customer Service, asking me to show where the person who messed me about had cancelled the appointment, as they can not find anything on their platform. Naturally I resent the same info that had already been provided on the 15th March, 16th March and again 26th March. Surely three times is a charm).
Cancelled my subscription and these folks can go eat a worm.

Small job but great outcome

We had a relatively small paving job following the removal of brick pathway to fix tree root incursion. Most landscapers were only interested in larger jobs and then a friend recommended Oneflare. Within a week we had a site visit and same day repair for a very fair price and an excellent job. The repair was so efficient, so good, we rewarded the tradesman with a bonus. Very happy on this our first experience with Oneflare.

Great lawn mowing service

Great lawn mowing service. Worked efficiently, and left the yard looking well maintained. Very easy to work with and I’d definitely recommend them. Very polite and courteous.

Great Customer Service

I had an issue on a recent job through Oneflare and I contacted Oneflare to assist with a resolution. They responded promptly and communicated with me and the contractor and resolved the issue. I Recommend Oneflare to assist getting your jobs done.

unauthorized auto renew

they are thieves! Signed up to test the service only and specifically asked for auto-renewal to be turned off. Not transparent and not small-business friendly. Stay away from them if you are a small business owner!

easy to find the right contractor

I have used Oneflare several times now and have always found a contractor who was suitable for the particular job we needed. The most recent time was 18th January 2026 and we found a plumber who promptly came out, quoted and did our job on a Sunday at a very reasonable rate and finished in no time. Great service

I got a tiler out to work on my floors…

I got a tiler out to work on my floors and initially the job went well and I filled out a review that everything was ok and he did a good job, but a couple weeks later the tiles became loose and I called him to come and look at it and he ignored my calls and I had no way to re-open the job and put in a complaint.

Tua rang to confirm his visit and…

Tua rang to confirm his visit and arrived promptly. He cleaned the roof and gutters and took photos of several places where the roof was rusted. He tidied up the rubbish and cleaned the driveway. He was personable and efficient and completed the work for a reasonable price.
