Put ad in for Hisense tv repair and only paid $120 call out fee and was told not worth repairing so have new LG 50 inch QLED tv on to do list once confirmed it’s buggered . Had reply same day and repair guy arrived about 9pm and was very thorough & professional and confirmed my thoughts were correct

So far we've hired a painter and window cleaners and they were terrific, will employ them again no problem. From what I can see, businesses/tradies are well vetted. Oneflare is certainly building my trust.

The whole process is easy, fair and having an account manager like Aaron is a massive help. Always there to answer calls or call me back asap, even during the later hours of Friday afternoon. It really helps to be able to speak with someone down to earth instead of someone who over complicates things and tries to convince you to make advances to there own advantage. 5 stars all day the only job lead company I will deal with!

If Musty is an example of One Flare, then Musty must be the LEADER of the pack. His Professionalism far exceeded what was required. His attention to detail again exceeded all expectations. His approach to the difficult job ( stair railing ) was approached with a massive smile and attention to the smallest detail. I would “NOT” hesitate to recommend One flare. 10 /10. 👏👏👏. 😃

Absolutely a money loot scam for the tradies and the clients, you get charged for nonsense calls even for just a query and no dealing and keep losing money. There is no right principle followed that you get charged for the lead when successful. Its just a money grab scheme after they made money from Airtasker and wanted to get more out of essential trades.

I didn't like all teadies calling me. I would have enjoyed going through messages.
It became confusing to work out who they were, what company.

Oneflare used to be great, but it has lost its way. I have been a customer since 2019 and have tried a number of times to give feedback and make the platform more efficient. However, no one seems to take responsibility or care about customers.

For example, I have paid for all my leads, yet they have no way of providing me with leads from 2019. I can only see leads from 2022 onwards. When I asked for an exported list, they couldn't even do that.

Quick efficient

When I first signed up with Oneflare, I was informed that only three tradies would be allowed to provide a quote for each job. However, I later discovered that in practice, up to seven tradies were quoting for the same job.

This is very misleading and not what was initially promised. The system does not appear to be fair or transparent, and in my experience, it has not delivered the value I was expecting. Based on this, I believe the process is not genuine and be aware

Oneflare clearly cares more about the money they collect from businesses than protecting consumers from being scammed.

Back in August, we hired Swift Bond Cleaners through Oneflare. The cleaner did a poor job, and when we requested a re-clean under their “warranty,” they completely ghosted us after taking our money. This resulted to us hiring another bond cleaner.

We reported this to Oneflare with full evidence. They initially said they were coordinating with the cleaner and even said the business would get in touch with us after they threatened account suspension. We never heard back from Swift Bond Cleaners and this was reported to Oneflare as well. When we followed up, Oneflare eventually stopped responding to us too.

What’s worse is that Oneflare told us Swift Bond Cleaners would be suspended until the issue is resolved, yet when I checked now, they are dtill quoting on the platform and the business looks like they are just getting fake positive reviews to offset the negative ones. Not suspending Swift Bond Cleaners after what happened is not just negligence—it’s enabling scammers to keep preying on innocent people.

Oneflare’s failure to act shows they value the revenue they get from these dodgy businesses more than protecting the consumers who trust their platform. My advice: do not use Oneflare if you want to avoid stress, financial loss, and being left with no support when things go wrong.

Good experience with one tradesman - just waiting for cupboard to be installed and can review after.

Report of Complaint – Oneflare

I had one of the strangest and most disappointing experiences with Oneflare. Their platform tricked me into setting up an account where money was automatically taken from my bank account without proper consent.

After that, I started receiving constant and intrusive phone calls, which became extremely frustrating and stressful. On top of this, I discovered that many of the “jobs” on their platform appear to be fake, yet they still charge people for them.

Unfortunately, they managed to withdraw $300 from my account. When I realised what was happening, I contacted them immediately, but they refused to refund the money—even for the unused credits.

I strongly believe this behaviour is fraudulent and unethical. Taking money from people, many of whom may be struggling to support their families, is unacceptable. I definitely want to lodge a formal complaint against Oneflare for dishonest practices.

Their conduct is extremely disappointing and distressing, and I believe it should be investigated further.

Having the choice of trusted service provider and their job quotes .The added bonus and convenience of communicating with so many professionals.Easy steps .Would use One flare again Thank you
