I requested a return a month ago. and I still never got a response

Still waiting to return an item but still haven’t received any correspondence ? It’s been at least 10 days and I’m going on holiday next week ?

I have put in the order, and they sent me an email saying the shipment label has been created. But there's no sign of the package ACTUALLY being shipped.

I tried to email the customer service, and I still have not received any response

i paid 480 dollars duty/tax in UK DHL required, Seymayka didn't warn me before I made the purchase.
The jacket was perfect, new , very nice.

Package was recieved on time and in a safe location

The speed of shipping .. tracking .. quality .. everything was good .. I got it on time too .. only took 6 days

My purchase had issues with the size and stitches and I tried to return it, but the seller was not accommodating and asked me to cover expenses to return the item, which I find very unreasonable.

Nice packaging

Nobody has answered my emails. You make it very difficult ot return a product and charge the buyer. I will not buy from you again and will warn anyone to not use your website.
