Terrible service. Avoid Sendiroo.

I paid in advance for a shipping service, but I couldn’t print the label and the pickup was never scheduled. No explanation, no communication.

Support later told me there was no courier available and that my money would be deposited in my sendiroo account. I contacted their support to withdraw my money, and I was falsely told that I had already used it for another order — which is not true. The full amount is still sitting in my account.

After that, support completely stopped responding. This service is unreliable, misleading, and extremely frustrating. I will never use Sendiroo again, and I strongly do not recommend it.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I used Sendiroo for around two years and everything seemed fine, until I had a real problem. That’s when I realised their “support” simply does not exist.

Five months ago, I shipped a large, fragile and valuable parcel via FedEx through Sendiroo. I used a strong wooden box for protection. FedEx collected it and then returned it the next day in a shocking condition: the wooden box was completely destroyed, broken into pieces. It even looked like someone tried to hide the damage by wrapping it in plastic.

Instead of helping, Sendiroo immediately charged me for the return shipping, as if I had requested it myself. So I paid for the outbound shipment AND for the return, despite the damage being clearly caused during transport.

What followed was months of excuses and avoidance: endless emails, calls, requests for documents (which I provided every time), contradictory answers, and finally a claim reference number… then total silence.
I have been trying to reach them for 5 months with no response at all.

In my experience, this company works only when everything goes smoothly. The moment you face a serious issue, you are abandoned. I lost around 700€ in total. That’s an expensive lesson.

If you value your money and your parcels, think twice before using this service.

J'utilise les service de Sendiroo depuis plusieurs années et j'ai toujours été satisfait de leurs services.
Rapport prix/qualité très bon. Un gros merci à Carolina qui m'a aidé lors de mon récent dernier envoi.
S'il y a quelques choses à améliorer c'est leur site, qui n'est pas pratique, il y a beaucoup d'informations à saisir et si vous vous trompez , vous ne pouvez pas revenir en arrière car il vous renvoie au début et il faut à nouveau tout ressaisir, je me suis pris la tête récemment, il faudrait pouvoir enregistrer son envoi, le reprendre quand on veut et le modifier au besoin à n'importe quelle étapes.
Je regrette également la disparition du service Chat avec un conseiller humain.

J’ai payé 127 euros pour un envoi en 24 h. La personne de sendiroo m’a dit que UPS ne pouvait pas s’en charger donc m’a proposé de passer par FEDEX en 48 h en me garantissant qu’il arriverait au plus tard samedi. Sachant que c’était le cadeau d’anniversaire de ma fille.
Le colis est arrivé lundi soit 96 heures en économique sur le tracking.
J’ai demandé le remboursement correspondant à la différence de service, aucune nouvelle.
Honteux !!!

Merci de nouveau à Carolina d'avoir relancé les livreurs qui étaient saturés en cette période de vacances. Sans elle, j'attendrais encore mon colis après un retard initial d'une dizaine de jours.
Carolina est très agréable au téléphone, et a toujours cherché à trouver une solution à ma livraison.
