Seedrs contacted me for ensuring that I had no further questions after my first issue was solved. I had a feeling that I was welcome. It will be easy for me to reach out again if I have further questions that I need answered.

Platform crashed during Female Invest Crowdfunding even though they had ensured that it would not be a problem 😅 They had noooo idea what would hit them - the usual mindset when it comes to women who means business.
When investing the platform asked if I wanted to invest a couple of pounds more or less than the specific value I had entered (and transferred to the platform) so I of course chose less. Upon pressing continue the system adds a fee for processing- which is quite alright- BUT the fee should be calculated before the decision of more or less to be invested. Because the fee added after - there was not enough money transferred and the entire investment had to be cancelled.
This is NOT good transaction practice and since it took - what - 17 minutes to crowdfund 800.000 £ (!) this could easily be avoided if the platform worked as a “normal” investment platform where fees are always calculated in the end price of the investment. If this little “error” could be corrected- and the tech team could be a bit more humble to the power of women investing - I would have given 5 stars 😉

Helpful information and some good guidance, also liked the fact that you just can't buy straight away as there is a cooling off period.

Really terrible experience. Platform repeatedly crashed, payments failed, given how long the platform has been established I was really shocked at how fragile and unreliable it was. Can not find anything positive about my first investment through the platform.

It's really simple to use. Guidelines are provided on how to join. Information available on companies.

Poorly curated investments. Unwilling to intervene on investors' behalf when things go wrong. A dissapointing exit for investors in Seedrs own stock just to prove this platform is not generally delivering good returns.

App has lots of bugs, customer service is not fast enough and when the campaign went live the service crashed.

Very bad for a company that is dealing with peoples money to have serious bugs in the registration.

A bit of a disaster today for Seedrs which crashed multiple times with the Female Invest launch. For those of us trying to be a part of FI it was a painful experience. Once I had finally got on to the site and inserted all my payment details it said "payment still processing". My bank said it was a Seedrs issue. By then Female Invest had already reached its target (within under 20 minutes of launch!). BUT after 30 minutes of waiting, I just got an email from Seedrs saying the payment did go through. But I think the site was overwhelmed today - so beware!

Uploaded app to support crowdfunding campaign for business believe in and share values, also had to persevere with logging, updating profile, completed KYC test on fourth attempt and when I thought I had arrived to start to investing discovered credit cards payments aren't accepted. Transferred funds from Debt Card only to await for the funds to arrive to the investor account. I am NOW officially ready to start and luckily in time to support and invest into business I want to! Best advice - perceive at all times, don't give up! Especially like in my situation this is only chosen platform for the business I am investing in 🤞

Non existent customer service. Nobody that cares or answers the “help” line. Happy to take your money and run. Poor.

Site difficult to navigate

I have made two very recent investments neither appear in my investment portfolio in the last 36 hrs.

I found Seedrs a great place to invest. So easy and simple to use. Appears extremely well designed and managed. A seamless process from start to finish so far. Impressed!

I was already aware of Seedrs but finally took the plunge, opened an account and made my first investment. The whole process was seamless and straightforward. I would expect to make further investments in the future

Very simple to use and a “fun” way of investing.

So far so good, but I don't understand why you ask for a rating only a couple of days after I first used your service. It's far too early to ask. I will be able to give a more complete rating, that will be far more useful to other potential customers, after a few weeks or months.
