- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.

We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

Therapist didn’t show up
I booked a manicure and spent money on a babysitter so I could enjoy the treatment.
The therapist didn’t show up to the appointment and when I got in touch with Secret Spa they said she had broken down so couldn’t get to the appointment. At no point was I warned by the therapist that she wouldn’t be attending due to this and I never received the usual message letting me know my therapist was on the way. Really disappointing. I was offered a refund and 20% off my next booking but none of that makes a difference when you’re out of pocket for childcare fees.

I’m so sorry for the experience you had with us. It’s incredibly disappointing to hear that your therapist didn’t arrive for your booking, especially given the effort you made to arrange childcare and look forward to your appointment.
Unfortunately, in this case, your therapist had an unexpected breakdown on the way, which meant she couldn’t reach you. While we did process a full refund and offered a discount for a future booking, I completely understand this doesn’t cover the inconvenience and additional costs you incurred.
Please accept our sincere apologies. This isn’t the level of reliability we want for our clients. I’ve shared your feedback with our team so we can continue working on minimising the impact of unforeseen situations.

Ana was extremely polite and very professional. She is a perfectionist when it comes to nails and she left with me feeling extremely happy with my manicure. I would highly recommend.

Neus is simply amazing
Neus is simply amazing! I loved my mother of the bride updo—it was very chic and stayed in place perfectly all day, even through lots of dancing. I received countless compliments on it.
Not only is Neus a fantastic hairdresser, but she is also a lovely person. She's friendly and interesting, making it a pleasure to meet her.

I’ve been using secret spa for spray tans for years now. They are always so professional and friendly and communicate really well. I also had a hair stylist once as well and make up. Also very good. I would highly recommend the service.

Short Blow-dry- mobile
Stylist was wonderful and discussed my preferred hairstyle and products available in advance of my blow-dry and I loved how she styled my hair.
However, comparable to other mobile options available in London, I think that £80 plus for a simple blow-dry on short hair is far too expensive.
