Terrific value considering how much work clearly goes into curating everything. Even if I could have booked it all cheaper myself, the effort and the know-how… honestly, if I had to arrange it all myself I would’ve never done it. We were really impressed with the guide we were sent and the whole weekend ended up being so much fun. We went to see Bayer Leverkusen and the German atmospheres felt completely different to what we’re used to back home.

2nd time I've used SMD and will definitely use again.

The surprise added to the stag do! They told us 2 weeks before the flight, however our orginisor told us on the day.

We went to Krakow and watched Cracovia and the atmosphere was brilliant!

This was my fourth football weekend with SMD, so that's Prague, Krakow, Oslo and now Naples/Salerno. As always, communication with the company is good, emails always answered promptly. The day before the weekend, we weren't sure exactly where we would be staying but it was sorted quickly and we ended up in a good hotel in Naples, near the central station.

On the day of the game, we took a short train journey to Salerno to see Salernitana play. They used to be in Serie A but two successive relegations means they were playing in the third tier. So the standard of the football was pretty dire but the experience was great. The stand full of ultras sang, jumped around, lit flares and loudly supported their team. The referee lost control early on, sent a player off, presided over theatrical acting and diving, and played 17 minutes of added time.

Before the game we spent the day in Salerno, a charming little town on the Mediterranean before heading back to Naples. The second day we saw a few of Naples' many sites, sat in taxis driven by maniacs, ate lots of fantastic food and enjoyed this crazy city and all its teeming life.

Since my weekend in Prague on my own, I have told friends what a good time I had so on this trip there were five of us, three of them coming for the first time. We have already decided to do it again in 2026.

recommend this for any football mad people, i get this as a gift for my partner every year and he loves it as we both don’t no were we are going

Great weekend! Everything was great except maybe the match ticket! We were out right in with ultras in poznan. We were intimidated by the locals who kept coming up to us saying stuffing polish giving out to us for not singing, not clapping, or taking videos when we shouldn't have! An experience definitely!

From booking it until now I’ve found the whole process very easy and the anticipation for me and my grandson is amazing.

I hope we find the trip the same as we are already looking forward to our next adventure.

A lot of travel day if the game which was over 40minutes on the train from where we were staying, poor visabilty of the match was also an issue. Hotel was in a poor part of town where I witnessed homeless people on the street injecting drugs

We had a great trip to Brussels. The journey into the unknown added to the excitement. I travelled with my 2 teenage boys and they enjoyed it enormously.

The whole process was so straightforward and well organised, and we had an incredible time on our trip. We were given a pdf itinerary, information about travel and the local area, and the match tickets emailed to us ahead of travel. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely be doing another trip.

I bought our experience as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday and he loved it. Best thing was that our destination was a surprise for both of us! The communication was excellent and we were delighted to find put we were going to Oslo! The flight times were great and gave us 3 full days there as well as a really fun match to watch: Valerenga vs Stromsgodset, with hardcore fans who didn’t stop singing for 90 minutes straight. We enjoyed it so much we might make Secretmatchday our annual treat!

Booked this for my son’s 18th. We got to go to Stavanger Norway to watch Viking FK in the derby match with Byrne. Superb game, great seats. Really happy with trip and will be definitely booking another

This is the 2nd trip we have had with Secret Match Day. It was amazing. The flight, accommodation, match and the excitement of not knowing where you are going until a few weeks before is fantastic! The communication from the company is also amazing. We had to contact them in an emergency a few days before we went and they messaged back on a Friday night to deal with our query and reassure us. What a fantastic company! I would definitely recommend booking a trip with them.

I cant fault them really. The itinerary they send out when finding out what destination you are going to is detailed and helpful for travel. Gives you times and what trams/trains/bus to get. Attractions to see ect..

I did but in my booking not to give me Belgium as i have been many times before but for what ever reason that never got saved on my booking. I was disappointed but they did offer me another location. I wont mark them down for that and put it as a system error but everything else what spot on and will definitely book with them again

Second time to a midweek champions league match. Inter last year at the San Siro, and now Athletic Club in Bilbao. Same efficient service. Perfect.

First experience doing anything like this and it was absolutely fantastic. A sense of nerves not knowing where you are going etc. but @secretmatchday made the whole process so easy. Flights, hotel and directions were clear as day. I would highly recommend this experience to any football fan or even for those that are just wanting to visit somewhere completely random. We had plenty of time to explore our location the football was one hell of an experience. 11/10 stars from me! Thanks again.

I won’t say where I went to keep the mystery alive but so absolutely worth it. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
