Extremely helpful in all aspects from the initial call to enquire, route and cabin selection, all the way through to booking process and payments. Shout out to Jenny who was very professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful in answering our multiple queries about medical/special assistance requirements. The worker was excellent and went above and beyond to find us a holiday, mums health wasn't great, but now she is fine and this is a holiday to get her back on track and the call handler was amazing and holiday booked

The website needs to be improved.
The issue is that every time you look at a cruise your filter completely clears snd you have to redo the filters. It is very annoying that you can't select and compare easily between cruises.

There was an error when booking
There was an error when booking. The money was taken but the cruise didnt book. It was quick to get through on the phone and they were very quick and helpful at fixing this issue
