I had forgotten to take our tickets to Universal one day (for park to park on hogwarts express, nightmare) but I sent an email seeing if I could request my confirmation booking, and within minutes it was sent to me, with no problems at all, planning on going back next year and will definitely be using Genie again 😁😁😁

There are some slightly negative posts about Your Ticket Genie, but having just bought two tickets for Universal Orlando all parks at the most competitive prices I could find, there were no issues and I had exemplary customer service from Tracy and Daniel. Would highly recommend for the best value park tickets!

Bought our 14 day Universal tickets. They came up the cheapest from here. I was emailed instructions of how to download them to the Universal app prior to visiting. Was very easy to do.

Dealing with Your Ticket Genie was a perfect experience from start to finish for me. I had never dealt with the company before as always used other Mainstream Florida Ticket Companies in the past (5 previous visits). After reading all the positive social media posts and reviews on Facebook about YTG, I decided I would give them a try & they had competitive pricing for their tickets (no silly inflated pricing and then so called sale pricing). . All went fantastic. Great communications from their team. Email confirmations of purchases (giving confidence for a first time user of them). Detailed instructions from them on how to redeem tickets with their vouchers etc.. They answered any questions I had in a very timely manner & I found them very responsive. When we arrived in Orlando with our YTG Universal Ticket Codes - it was all very straightforward and we were able to redeem the codes with the Universal Desk in the Lobby of the Hotel (Doubletree Hilton near Entrance to Universal) & had our tickets in our hands before we left the hotel to visit the parks. I did my research before spending so much money buying Disney/universal combo tickets, and even then was a little nervous, but I had no need to be. The tickets I bought were considerably cheaper than any others I found and the customer service was excellent. I cannot fault this company and would certainly recommend them. I will use them again in the future without doubt

Booked our trip to Orlando 12 months ago and I had been watching ticket prices from various sites trying to get the best deal. The main one people recommended were known for their Black Friday sale but on checking they actually increased their prices slightly beforehand so you thought you were getting a good deal whereas Ticket Genie advertise that their prices are consistently low without any special deals and it was true they were still cheaper than the main competitors ‘special’ deals. Easy process not a problem collecting tickets. Would definitely use again.
