Just returned from a lads trip to Nantes. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Perfect location, great match and brilliant flight times. I cannot recommend secret match day enough.
We will be booking again for next year.

Just back from a memorable trip to Stockholm to see AIK at the Strawberry Arena. A crowd of 47500 were amazing throughout. Everything about the organisation worked. A simple 25 minute train journey from the airport and our hotel was literally right next to Ulriksdal station. The hotel was lovely, in a very quiet spot, breakfast was excellent and the frequent trains were at Stockholm Central in only 10 minutes.
Our one concern was that we were flying home from a different airport at Vasteras. Our instructions said to get a train from Stockholm Central and then a local bus, but we found that there is a bus that goes directly from Stockholm Central to the airport. only took 80 minutes and was cheap at £3.33 a ticket.
Stockholm was lovely and we also enjoyed walking from our hotel across a park to Ulriksdal Palace where we bumped into a local dog show. Sat and watched for an hour in glorious sunshine with a stunning backdrop and a lady serving tea, coffee and snacks, great fun.
Everyone we met in Sweden was friendly, good-humoured and helpful.
Communication from Secret Matchdays was very clear and we had no difficulties whatsoever.
Such a fun experience, we definitely hope to book again next season.

Just returned from a weekend in Girona with my wife amazing trip beautiful city taking in the Girona v Villarreal game a great experience.Flight times good & gave us 3 full days in Girona to explore the hotel was great & had everything we needed .
All information given to us & communication was first class from when we first booked to when we arrived back home ,
Would highly recommend Secret Match Day & Will look to book again .

Me and my son have just come back from a trip to Milan to see AC Milan v Bologna at the San Siro.
What a wonderful experience we had.
The game changed from the Sunday to the Friday- this was not an issue and we had an updated information pack immediately, if anything it was a better experience, as we watched the game on the Friday night having arrived in the morning and then had 2 full days of sight seeing, we even made it to Lake Como.
The information provided by Secret match days was exceptional.
We will definately be booking again.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Opted for the big 4 package and ended up watching Inter Milan at the San Siro. The itinerary pack takes care of everything. Communication was great throughout would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting an adventure! Will definitely be using again in the future.

Just back from 6 (person) group trip to Juventus vs Monza, excellent experience from start to finish, Any Questions, always dealt with quickly by staff by email or WhatsApp ,match tickets excellent, The group is already looking at dates for next years trip 😀 100% recommend using secret match day for your away day trip.

An incredible weekend in Budapest. Secret matchday were so helpful and always quick to respond. We will definitely be doing this again.

All round excellent trip and would definitely recommend. We ended up in Brussels and watched KV Mechelen who I never would have thought of going to see. Great atmosphere and felt like an old school game. Small train journey out to Mechelen but really easy. Stadium was fun as was standing and got chatting to the locals aswell who were really welcoming. Hotel we had was really nice and will definitely look at doing it again sometime soon as the not knowing is part of all the fun.

An awesome trip to Milan to visit the San Siro and watch Inter Milan. The communication with the Secret Match Day team was of an exceptional standard via either email or WhatsAp. The information provided was detailed and accessible. Our only niggle was flight times which limited our time in Milan. Arriving at midnight on Friday and leaving at 7am on Sunday meant only one full day in the city. Nevertheless, a good experience and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Just back from Norway as a 70th birthday suprise off my son,s and daughters who found out about SMD and decided it would be something I would enjoy and they were right. Once I passed on the date I was wanting to go and a few countries to avoid SMD did the rest my wife and I ended up in Oslo to watch Valerenga v Viking who I must admit I had never heard of but the game itself was an experience the Valerenga fans were fantastic. The only downside was the price of a pint £10.50.
I would definitely consider another trip with SMD

I was personally a bit sceptical about the whole idea of a mystery football trip. However when I received the details of where we were going it turned out to be a fantastic weekend. The 4 of us went to Turin to watch the mighty Juventus v Lecce. The atmosphere in the allianz stadium was amazing. Our flights were excellent too. Flying into Turin but returning from Milan which meant we got to fit in another stadium tour. The one and only San Siro stadium. Also the hotel we stayed at was basic but clean and exactly what we needed, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely consider doing another trip again sometime 👍⚽👍⚽

What a brilliant weekend in Germany we had! We stayed in Dusseldorf, about 10 minutes walk from the train station - lovely hotel! We had tickets for Monchengladbach versus Freiburg, which was a super game to attend! An absolutely fantastic atmosphere and a cracking day in the sunshine! Mixing in with both sets of fans before and after the game was a fun experience too! All of the information supplied by Secret Match Day was spot on, it made the whole trip super easy. We ended up with 3 days in the country so wanted to make the most of it, so booked a ground tour back at Monchengladbach the following day which was absolutely superb. Seeing the stadium behind the scenes on a regular day was excellent, an experience that me and my son will never forget! We then took the opportunity to visit Gelsenkirchen which is about 45 minutes away on the train, and took in another tour this time at the Veltins Arena, home of Shalke 04. It's so easy to get around from Dusseldorf on the trains, it would have been crazy not to try and see as much as possible in the time we had! Our last day was spent with a quick visit to Leverkusen with a trip to the Bayarena, then down to Cologne and out to the Rhein Energie Stadion - again making full use of the excellent transport links in the city. It couldn't have been a better weekend!! Can't wait for our next trip!

First experience using Secret Match Day and it was faultless. Went for the 'obscure' option and we ended up in Poland watching Slask Wroclaw v Motor Lublin. Destination guide received was really good with all details required - flight details, how to get to our hotel, how to get to the game, team form details and lots of other things to do. Timings all worked well and we were able to enjoy the city, culture and Polish food and drink. Hotel was really good and we met some great people. Will definitely be booking with SMD same time next year. Thank you.

Group of Dads n Lads on our 2nd trip. This time we ended up in Oslo, Norway. We watched Valerenga v Viking. An excellellent experience again with good flight times, excellent accomadation and only short journeys to all. Excellent comunication and info. Cant wait for our 3rd trip .

Everything went to plan. We were delighted to have drawn a trip to Dusseldorf to see Borussia Monchengladbach v Freiburg. The seats in the stadium were excellent and the atmosphere was the same. We did not really have to do any planning as everything was detailed for us by the SMD team including travel details from our hotel to the stadium. Dusseldorf is probably not one of Germany's great tourist citys but it is a very friendly city, virtually everyone speaks perfect English and with a very vibrant old town and riverside, its a great location for a football trip. Thanks to the SMD for a brilliant weekend. We will definitely be having another trip next season.

First time using Secret Match Day, 6 dads n lads all going away together and it was absolutely brilliant. We got Monchengladbach v Freiburg in Düsseldorf, and what an experience it was! Hotel was better than expected, near to the train station so easy to get around, good flights too. Can't wait for the next one!!

Fabulous weekend away in Krakow watching Cracovia vs Slask Wroclaw… hotel and location was perfect!

Along with a mate I have just returned from a Secret Match Day Obscurer weekend in Pescara Italy. We had a fantastic time. The Serie C football was great and the home fans were loud & passionate about their team. Pescara also offered a couple of museums & a stunning sandy beach along with lovely restaurants & craft beer bars who specialised in Italian beers. I would not hesitate to book another weekend with this company.

Amazing weekend celebrating my 50th birthday with 17 friends. Poznan was fantastic, food and beers great value and a vibrant nightlife. Accommodation, although a little out of town, was better than we expected and ideal for a large group in twin and triple rooms. The match itself was a fantastic experience, we were in the home end with fireworks and flares all around, very loud and just what we were after atmosphere wise. Flights were well scheduled to allow time to explore the day before and after the match. Well organised Secret Match Day. We will be booking again soon 👍
