Bought a Hisense washing machine march…
Bought a Hisense washing machine march 2023 . A fault developed on the door seal so I claimed on the two year warranty. Two months later my washing machine is still not repaired because supposedly they cannot get the spare required .I questioned if they could not repair the product then under there warranty they should replace it. To be told the fault was not now covered under warranty but they would extend my warranty by 3 months and repair it now free of charge and give £30 compensation once the repair was completed. Which is a bit like the sign in my local free beer tomorrow because with this company tomorrow never comes. Please do not purchase a product from this company and expect it to last more than 12 months or any after service warranty to be honoured terrible company to deal with
