Scents that I received didn’t last long and there is not much in the little spay bottle. I’ll try it a few more times and see if it gets better

I love everything about it so for. The payment plan and the product are great.

I tried to return a product, but they don’t allow it. I signed up for a subscription and received two fragrances; despite having different names, they smelled exactly the same. Furthermore, they sold me something that was supposedly similar to the original, but it wasn’t—it didn’t resemble it at all. The worst part is that there’s no way to get in touch with them; I’ve lost my money.

I have found that Scentbird clearly explains its subscription system and the options involved. The details involved in reviewing different types of perfume are helpful in understanding people’s experiences of them. The opportunity to create a scent profile is helpful in finding more new perfumes.
What I do wish is that it was easier to tailor one’s scent profile. While one can retake the quiz, it is hard to figure out how. Also, I have found that increased experience of perfumes (and of the ingredients they have and how they work together) can significantly alter what one is looking for. I personally have come to like florals with citrus, for example. It might be helpful if the scent profile allowed marking favorite perfumes (not necessarily the same as 5 star ones) and finding similar ones.
I think it would be helpful if it were easier to find brands, and especially if perfumes with the same ingredients could be easily searched. Currently one can click on a link to find perfumes with the same central note, but often there is nothing on the other end.
I think it would be nice if customers could search perfumes with “clean” ingredients, or if there were a collection of perfumes that benefit charities.

The products are amazing. Only one scent wasn't my style so far.

Every perfume that I got the first month, I did not like the second month. I only received one that I am really not crazy about very disappointed and can’t return them so now I have six bottles of stinky perfume.

Overall fantastic, most scents last and seem truly legit (and not eau de toilette) but the cost isn't always comparable to buying a 0.33 ml bottle of a perfume

I'd really like a case but it's just not worth $10 a month for that so the pricing needs a bit of restructuring and will likely be the reason I pull from the program but overall I like it for trying new things, if the price is right on the new things vs buying a 0.33 ml tube

Fast shipping. The only thing I don't like is that there's only a certain time in a certain date that you can kind of pick what you want. And I'm busy.
In addition the mascara that was sent out with the last curated bag is getting bookoo negative reviews. It took out half my eyelashes. I'm wondering if y'all try that stuff before you send it out?

The price for Prada candy is way too high. The fragrance doesn’t stay on at all. I love the smell of it! Gotta spray a lot on to even smell it for a short time. Hopefully other perfumes aren’t the same.
