Never shipped
I subscribed to Scentbird and selected my scent, expecting a professional service. Instead, I waited for 25 days, and my order was never shipped. When I finally reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, they casually informed me that my chosen scent was "out of stock."
My main issue is the complete lack of proactive communication. If an item is out of stock, they should notify the customer immediately, not hold onto the money for nearly a month and wait for the customer to investigate. Taking payment and keeping me in the dark for 25 days is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed with their inventory management and customer support. Do not recommend.

The products by far are so great and so many to choose from, and for it to last a month (if not more) for a monthly subscription, its worth it. And not to mention the packaging! Comes with not only your scent but first timers get a free case and a little baggy with a paper telling you about the fragrance. 10/10 would recommend!

We're sorry to hear that your fragrances aren't lasting as long as you'd hoped! Fragrance longevity can vary depending on your skin chemistry, the scent, and its concentration. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically lasts longer than Eau de Toilette (EDT) due to its higher concentration of fragrance oils.
To help your fragrance last longer, we recommend applying it to well-moisturized skin, focusing on pulse points such as your wrists and neck, and avoiding rubbing your wrists together after spraying. You can also lightly spray your clothing, provided the fragrance won't stain the fabric.

Not a customer focused business.
When a customer's sends an email requesting to have their account closed, and Scentbird replies with follow these long drawn out steps just to cancel. When it would have been far more customer friendly to make a simple button press on the customer account page.
