The bike was damaged during shipping. .I purchased the additional shipping insurance, but instead of a return and replacement, the SAVA supporting people wanted to repair the bike, which was rather challenging for someone who is not hands-on to go through this process...I spend almost a full month making multiple trips to a local bike ship during the process...at the end, SAVA paid all the repair costs.

Quality, Delivery service.

There was shipping damage to the box and subsequently a missing part. I contacted the company and had a replacement part shipped within days.

I had a custom fit after I had the bike so modifications could be made (primarily wider and raised handlebars). The handlebars drop quite a bit which works for some people but not for me.

The bike shop was impressed with quality of parts for the price. I've had several compliments on the bike.

I love the ride of the bike and recommend a fitting. The cost of a fitting and modifications still comes below a big name carbon fiber bike.

I've put 400 miles on it in the last 6 weeks.

I recently purchased the SAVA Blade SLR7-105 Di2 Full Carbon Road Bike (24-speed) in frame size 48. I'm 171 cm tall, and the size fits me very well.

The bike was ordered from Norway and shipped to Norway. The delivery time was reasonable, the bike arrived well packaged, and everything was in good condition. Assembly was straightforward, with most of the bike already pre-assembled, making the final setup quick and easy.

The quality exceeded my expectations for the price. The frame, finish, and overall build quality feel premium, and the Shimano 105 Di2 groupset performs flawlessly. It is genuinely a lot of bike for the money.

To ensure everything was set up perfectly, I took the bike to a professional bike fitter. The fitter was very impressed with the bike's frame quality, geometry, and component specification. He gave the bike a lot of praise and commented that it was an outstanding purchase and exceptional value compared to many well-known brands that cost significantly more.

After several rides, I can confidently say that the SAVA Blade SLR7-105 Di2 has been a fantastic buy. For riders looking for a full-carbon road bike with electronic shifting, excellent performance, and great value, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful bike but the rear derailleurs was damaged in transit. After 3 months waiting I was not about to send it back. A little disappointed about that. Otherwise is a nice bike.

Ich habe bei Sava ein Fahrrad gekauft. Es war ab Werk an defekt. Nachdem ich es zum Reparieren zurück geschickt habe kam es genauso defekt wieder. Dann habe ich es komplett zurück gegeben und warte seit dem auf meine Rückzahlung. Ich habe somit weder ein Fahrrad noch die knapp 1300€. Der Kundenservice ist ein Witz. Antwortet nicht mehr, geht nicht ans Telefon. Jetzt geh ich damit zum Anwalt. Anders geht es leider nicht. Ich rate jedem vom Kauf ab!!

Awesome bike, everything was top notch.
Had one issue with a chain break, but after contacting the SavaDeck Team, they refunded the cost of the replacement chain and the labor to have it replaced, couldn’t ask for more than that!

Das Bike an sich recht hochwertig, zumindest in der Preisklasse. Diverse kleinere negative Feststellungen, zB, dass man die Motorunterstützung nur in eine Richtung regeln kann und somit ggf kurzzeitig am Berg festhängt.
Insgesamt jedoch: nie wieder online ein Fahrrad kaufen und schon gar nicht bei Sava. Zuerst gab es erhebliche Probleme mit der Lieferung an sich. Dann wurde das Fahrrad defekt geliefert. Die Alternative, das Fahrrad zurückzuschicken und vom Lieferanten reparieren zu lassen, war für mich keine Alternative, da es eben bereits mit der Lieferung extreme Probleme gab. Mir wurden Ersatzteile zugeschickt und ein geringer Betrag Entschädigung für die Reparatur. In der Werkstatt stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass der Schaden noch größer war. Hierfür gab es dann keinerlei Erstattung. Weder für die Teile, noch für den Arbeitslohn. Das genannte Ziel der Kundenzufriedenheit wurde also in jedem Fall verfehlt.

Overall very satisfied with SAVA A7 Pro for the price. I've only encountered two issue with the bike. The rear tire locked up during a hot windy 80 mile ride and the tire cords started breaking around 900 miles. Luckily the tires did blow out.

Vélo SAVA Vegur 2.0 Shimano 105 acheté récemment... Livraison un peu longue dù au passage via pays de transit mais franchement ça vallait le coup d'attendre. Vélo bien protégé dans son carton, et le coup de coeur est au rdv...vélo magnifique, pas une rayure, cadre aero du plus bel effet, rapport qualité prix imbattable avec ce magnifique cadre tout carbone. Pour ceux qui critiquent le made in china, croyez moi il n'a rien a envier aux marques concurrentes dans la même game. Je conseille fortement ce vélo.

Service was fantastic, bike is amazing, but I am dissapointed that I cannot buy the extra parts I need to raise the handlebars.

I need about three of the extra handlebar stem clips / Spacers, to raise the handlebars, & I cannot buy them individually. This would be a real problem if for any reason I lost one performing bike maintenance or takedown for shipping or travel.

Purchasing a road bike today has become a very expensive task. I searched up and down that would work for me but within my wives budget. I have no idea how I landed on Sava, but I did. I reviewed the bikes and pricing and like many I am sure they wondered how they could be this cost-effective? After many hours of research on Sava I decided it was worth the gamble. Love the bike, sure it could have things a bit more upgraded, but easy to replace. Very satisfied with shipping, condition of bike just wish instructions were a bit more in-depth.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order for a bike on March 17, with a stated delivery window of 18–25 days. What followed was over a month of delays, inconsistent information, and zero transparency.

At first, I was told production would take 3–5 days. That timeline was missed immediately. Then I was informed the package had shipped, but tracking showed it as “delivered,” which I had to clarify myself. From there, things only got worse.

Over the following weeks, I received multiple contradictory updates:
- I was told the package was on a plane, then later still in customs
- I was told it had already cleared customs, then later that it was still under inspection
- I was told there were holidays in Mexico causing delays (which was inaccurate)
- I was told a courier would contact me to confirm delivery — this never happened

At no point was I provided a reliable last-mile tracking ID, making it impossible to verify the shipment’s status independently. Every update required me to chase customer support.

After more than 40 days, the order had clearly exceeded the promised delivery window. Despite this, I was asked to wait even longer, with a new delivery estimate of May 5th — a date that didn’t feel credible given the lack of progress.

To their credit, they offered $150 USD as compensation for the delay. However, compensation does not fix the core issue: there is no accountability, no clear logistics visibility, and no reliable communication.

This experience is completely different from what you would expect from a legitimate international purchase:
- No proactive updates
- No consistent tracking
- Constantly changing explanations
- Missed deadlines without accountability

I ultimately had to request a full refund after losing confidence that the product would ever arrive.

If you’re considering ordering, be aware that once your payment is made, you may be left in the dark for weeks with no reliable way to track your order or confirm its status.

I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

I am forced to downgrade my review to 1 star due to an unacceptable pattern of unethical behavior by Sava Bike.

Initially, they refused to pay my affiliate commission for Order #4782 and deleted my affiliate account. Only after I confronted them with clear proof from the dashboard did they finally pay the commission and restore my account.

However, after a period of time, Sava Bike has silently deleted my affiliate account FOR THE SECOND TIME without any notice or explanation—all while I was still actively promoting their brand and driving traffic to their site.

I have reached out to them regarding this issue, but they have completely ignored my email.

It is now clear that restoring my account earlier was just a temporary move to settle the initial review, only for them to quietly wipe it out again later. There is zero professional integrity here. Content creators and affiliate marketers: stay away from Sava Bike.

The price was great and the shipping time was fast. However, I was missing a small part and although I received a quick reply, I was never updated if the replacement part had been shipped. After several attempts to make contact I was finally updated. Upon receiving the missing part it was determined to be the incorrect part. The company was informed about the incorrect part but I still have not received an updated and informed of any action. I've owned the bicycle for 3 months and still have not been able to ride it.

I have had a very good experience with SAVA. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, and communication has been smooth throughout. The team has been easy to reach and willing to assist when needed.

I am also very happy with the bike itself. The quality, performance and overall ride feel have been excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations for the price.

Overall a very positive experience.
