SAVA Bike Recenzje 

Deux commandes chez SAVA Bicycles et un mépris total du client :

1ere Commande : Vélo bien reçu (quelques défaut sur le vélo dû surement au transport mais passons…) retourné (car trop grand) avec attestation officielle du magasin de dépôt à l'appui. Colis à ce jour probablement perdu par leur transporteur mandaté et SAVA refuse de rembourser sans avoir le vélo.

2eme commande : Vélo commandé le 23 juin, annulation le 30 juillet (délais d’envoi ultra long et par conséquent du problème sur l’autre commande) confirmée par mail par leur service client, mais toujours aucun remboursement et le comble c’est qu'ils ont envoyés le vélo quand même !
Donc maintenant je dois refuser le colis, attendre le retour du vélo chez eux et pendant ce temps bien sûr ils gardent mon argent !

Fuyez ce marchant, vraiment, service après vente désastreux !

J’ai acheté un vélo SAVA Vindur 4.0. Dès la première utilisation, il était impossible de régler correctement le dérailleur arrière. Après diagnostic chez un réparateur cycle, il est apparu que la patte de dérailleur et l’unité d’axe de support Shimano étaient tordues, vraisemblablement à la suite du transport.

J’ai ouvert un dossier SAV le 15 mai 2026. Après plusieurs échanges, l’envoi des pièces de remplacement a pris plusieurs semaines. Le colis est ensuite resté bloqué après son arrivée en France, sans possibilité de le suivre ni de connaître le transporteur chargé de la livraison. Malgré de nombreuses relances, je n’ai obtenu ni solution concrète, ni nouveau délai, ni nouvel envoi des pièces.

Un incident de transport peut arriver. En revanche, ce qui est inacceptable, c’est la gestion du service après-vente : des délais interminables, un manque de suivi et aucune prise en charge efficace. Pendant ce temps, mon vélo neuf est resté inutilisable et j’ai même dû renoncer à une course cycliste.

Aujourd’hui, pour mettre un terme à cette situation, je vais commander moi-même les pièces nécessaires et prendre en charge les réparations, alors que ce défaut relève pourtant de la garantie.

Au vu de cette expérience, je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander SAVA, non pas pour la qualité de ses vélos, mais pour la gestion de son service après-vente.

Sava customer service has been great. I had to take my bike in to a local shop for tightening and a bent derailer hanger due to shipping and Sava customer service covered the costs and were ready to assist

Once my Sava a7l pro was done with the shops I was ready to hit the road and the bike. is an eye catcher people have asked where i got it and were surprised when I told them about the specs and the price.

The bike has exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to get another Sava bike when the time comes

J'ai acheté mon vélo il y a 1 mois 1/2, j'ai rouler avec la première journée pour me rendre compte que la chaine débarquait à chaque ralentissement. Je suis retourné chez mon vendeur, il m'a dit qu'il allait vérifier... j'ai pas eu de vélo pendant 1 semaine et finalement il l'ont complètement changé. J'ai roulé 375 km depuis et hier le pneus me lâche, crevaison ou je ne sais trop quoi... en plus les freins mènent un bruit d'enfer. Je suis réellement déçue et j'espère que mon vendeur va pouvoir faire quelque chose puisque je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement la première fois et là un pneu complètement à plat sans aucune raison... Avec mon ancien vélo j'ai rouler 1500km sans jamais de crevaisons, je prends toujours le même circuit... vraiment déçue, si je pouvais je changerais

Buying/working with Sava & the customer support team has been nothing short of stellar. Lemme say this again, THEIR SEVICE HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF STELLAR!

The ordering process was simple, easy, and literally straight forward. Just know your measurements to match with the right size bike.

Now for the real experience, I reached out to the supper team initially to ask about a “missing” bottle cage. That’s when I met Gary. FYI, if Gary’s managers see this, give him a raise, he was friggin awesome! Gary quickly assured me that the bottle cage wasn’t missing but was coming in another shipment separately. He was super down to earth and calming, which is appreciated. I told Gary about any findings out of the box, like slight brake rub on my front rotor, my front brake pistons not retracting, and asked about a possible missing axle cap for my rear wheel. Once again, Gary had the right answers and explained in depth the situation. No missing cap, simple design difference in the front vs. rear, and for the brake rub & brake pistons he suggested I take it to a proper bike shop to have it checked out, and they would cover it. WHAT?!?! Now THAT is great customer service.

Throughout this process, Gary asked me how I was doing, about the ride, how I’m feeling, just being an all around caring person. Gary was dope!

Trotz mehrfacher Reklamationen werden die fehlenden Teile des Fahrrads nicht nachgesendet. Statt dessen erhält nun inzwischen zum 6. mal eine E-Mail mit der Nachfrage, was mit der Lieferung nicht in Ordnung war. Hier geht es nicht darum dem Kunden behilflich zu sein, sondern diese abzuwimmeln.

This experience with purchasing the Sava bike has been great.
I went with four stars mostly due to the quality of the handlebar tape. It was worn right out of the box and has only gotten worse.
The bike was packed well and the assembly went ok. There could've been a little better instructions or pictures. More detail perhaps.i flubbed mounting the handlebars.
I am, for the most part, happy with the purchase. I would give 4.5 stars.

Sava’s customer service is great, they respond promptly and are very attentive to our needs. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, so I emailed to change my order, and the representative ensured I was getting the right size

Absolutely the WORST customer experience of my life. After the item arrived to me severely damaged, the shipping protection I paid for would not cover me, and the seller would not let me return the item. It took WEEKS to come to an agreement- and still was unable to return the item for a full refund. I was lucky enough that someone wanted to purchase the item from me as is, and Sava only returned the difference. BEWARE- unless you want an item that arrives to you damaged with no resolution.

Such an amazing bike

Ich kann nur jedem von einem Kauf abraten. Das neue Fahrrad wurde defekt und verdreckt geliefert. Hiermit ist definitiv schon jemand gefahren. Nach langer Wartezeit und mehreren Mails bekam ich dann mal eine Antwort. Die versprochenen Ersatzteile werden trotz Zusage nicht geliefert. Per Mail reagiert niemand die Anfragen. Im Ergebnis ein defektes Fahrrad, um dessen Reparatur ich mich nun selbst kümmern muss.

I purchased the SAVA A7l Pro 105 R7120 Full Carbon Road Bike 24sp. I can truly say that I LOVE this bike. It's very light and fast. When you want to go fast on the flat or going up hill, it responds immediately no hesitation. I will be purchasing another SAVA bike very soon. You have a customer for life.

The bike is really amazing for the price. Customer service is decent as they responded quickly when I had a small issue with damage during shipping.

Si sono rifiutati di effettuare il ritiro per un reso chiesto dopo neanche 20 giorni dalla consegna della bicicletta (inutilizzata), nonostante sul loro sito, nella apposita sezione, ci fosse scritto che avrebbero effettuato GRATUITAMENTE il ritiro entro 30 giorni dalla consegna stessa: pretendevano che pagassi un extra per il ritiro. Se qualcuno ha dubbi al riguardo, posso inviargli i messaggi che ci siamo scambiati. Ho segnalato la cosa ad Altroconsumo e all'Associazione Nazionale Consumatori.
