Leaking defected item
I got the item. Was looking forward to use it and replacing the one that I have for 4 years made in Germany. I open the box on Saturday and once I filled it up with water I noticed that it’s leaking water. I will be contacting your customer service tomorrow to arrange for the return and full refund. My other one from Germany took four years of daily use until just now that started to leak. This is a new item and it’s leaking!!!!

It performed beyond my expectations!
I was very happy with the results of my very first loaf in this bread machine! I made Rosemary herb loaf and it was so delicious. It had a great crust on the outside and it was soft on the inside. I really like that I can choose the color of the crust. I also made rice pudding. I love that you just dump in the ingredients and something amazing comes out!

This bread machine is exceptionally well built & does precisely everything it promises. You can use bread machine recipes or other recipes using up to 6 cups of flour. Because you can choose both loaf by the exact size of weight & crust color, the loaf does come out moist & baked just right. There are 3 weights built into the machine based on cups of flour you used. It has plenty of room inside for the bread to rise. Love mine! Customer service is quick to reply. About 3 days if you email them. They are easy to phone or email. Read the instructions carefully before you make bread the first time. Saki puts a lock on the program you started. The lock is easy to cancel if you wish to start over or make a mistake.

Turkish coffee maker: makes a reliably good greek or Turkish coffee at the touch of a button.
Pot stirrer: be sure you look at the size of the pot. It's too small for the pots I cook sauces / soups in, but it's a nifty gadget

Outstanding Customer Service
We bought the Turkish coffee maker and absolutely love it. My boyfriend is from Jordan and says this makes better coffee than what he gets back home. We used to make it on the stove but this is so much easier! We contacted the company about price matching Amazon prime day’s price because we wanted a second unit for our other home and they did. Almina D. was wonderful to work with. This company is lucky to have her on their team. She is a customer service superstar! Saki has made us customers for life.
