Sabre didn’t work. You refused to let me return it despite what it says on your site. Truly awful customer service. I will never spend a dime on your site again. I hope you go out of business. :) As I stated in the email your team blatantly ignored, I am unwilling to take apart your product and troubleshoot it for you. Keep the money, you need it more than me. Your return policy didn’t mention I needed to make videos and fix your defective product in order to qualify for a refund.
The only thing I understand is that you sell inferior products and offer garbage customer service.

Missing parts

I purchased my 2 for 199 deal and the sabers to give my son in his birthday and when I open the box the connector to use both together is not in the box.

The rangers themselves feel and look great so I will change my review to 5 stars once the company makes it right

I have nothing bad to say about these light sabers. Nice metal hilts, a bunch of colors and effects. Can't wait to try some serious fencing moves with them.
I bought them for my son, but I think I'm just as excited as he is.

I’m not even sure this company has customer service reps. I have contacted them by phone, email, and even facebook multiple times regarding my package that was lost in transit. I have only gotten 2 computer generated responses by email with the tracking link. The tracking link shows the shipment being lost. Nobody answers the phone no matter what day or time I call. I wish I could tell you if the products were good. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear that I will ever receive customer support or receive the items I paid $200 for.

Quality is way higher than I expected for the price point. Someone looking for super high quality, or perfection won't be impressed. But, for casual fun, they are beyond amazing. I've had duels with my adult friends and kids alike and everyone loves them. They are very bright, lots of colours and sounds, and most importantly, VERY durable. I was wary when I recieved them, but after hitting my tree as hard as I could, there was no damage. I wouldn't recommend that constantly, but after 20+ battles (that were not gentle), they have shown no sign of damage or issues. Just be sure to tighten the screws after a duel for safety reasons. Also the ability to combine 2 into a staff is amazing, and almost worth it to buy a second pair just for that. 100% recommended!

I am more than impressed by the function and quality of these light sabers. I was sceptical because I had previously bought a pair of cheaper lightsabers from an ad I saw on facebook and was very disappointed. The SaberMasters lightsabers are very durable and have awesome motion activated sound and many colours and fonts. I will be buying a second set!

Worst customer service I have ever seen, i've waited over 4 days in the support chat, no answer. I have never received any order confirmation. I had to wait WEEKS after passing my order to get a tracking number and when I finally did it was the wrong number. The discount code they gave me did not work upon check out and since nobody would answer in the support section, I had to message their FB page.

Shipping took forever, without getting any updates.

Then absolutely no instructions on the box about how to assemble the saber, i've had to look online and i've yet to find why do I have 10 screws for 4 holes.

Seriously, why would you leave the Product in pieces, requiring assembly if you're not going to add instructions explaining how to assemble it?

It is really sad that i've had so many bad experiences before i've even tried the product that it affects negatively my overall impression of the product and the company selling it.

Sabers are packed well, shipped fairly quickly and well in time for Christmas, and are plain old awesome. Each includes pre-set light and sound settings for your favorite SW saber-wielder and allows you to come up with your own. The sabers are durable for light saber battles!

I got this as a new years gift for my training partners in fma. So far it's holding up with some drills against rattan sticks. We'll see, how it holds up. But the sound effects are nice and the motion sensor seem accurate.

Every response seemed it was just a cut and paste response. They even replied to 2 separate emails with the EXACT same response.
Once they arrived, absolutely thrilled with the sabers. Had no idea they had Bluetooth connection! Love the infinite colour choice.

Best gifts for your grandkids ever!! They love their light sabers!! I have 3 little grandsons and they think they are the coolest kiddos with their real life light sabers.

These Sabers are Wicked Cool. Bought the Asoka BOGO deal. Order was confirmed right away. Shipping to Canada was about a week. Was a bit of a learning curve to get through all the adjustments with one button in on/off mode, but just takes spending some time with your Saber. Could use 2 more rolls of wrapping tape for the hilts, but overall, these things are super durable, and with a break it and we’ll replace it warranty, you can’t lose. Lots of colours and sounds. Super fun!! I’ve bought two sets so far and now a friend wants a pair.

The sabers were ordered Christmas eve, and were delivered 3 days later, super fast delivery. I had an issue with one of the batteries not holding a charge, so I contacted support and explained the issue. Just a couple days later there was a replacement battery assembly at my door. These guys are amazing, and support was stellar. Sabers are flawless now and superb quality! Would recommend everyone buy atleast one of these sabers.

Shipping took forever but the product is top tier and well worth the wait. I got the 2 sabers for 200 deal and they are all I wanted and more. Shipping took 2.5 weeks with no tracking updates by the carrier. These things are tough as hell, look and sound great

The item arrived in working condition. Nicely packed and presentable. The manual could use some illustrated images to help with understanding the directions for changing aspects of the Saber.

Not only are the sabers AMAZINGLY cool... I had ordered the asssory kit that got lost in the mail and Sabermasters reps followed up and sent a new one to me. Customer service makes a difference. Planning to buy more!

I ordered two of these for my adult daughters, and they were the favorite present this Christmas. Well-built, great sound and lights. I didn't realize that they were both in one box when they arrived, and their customer service was good at trying to help me with the "missing" order.
