I collect them. I have 2 of each model 2.0 and 2 of one of the model 3.0’s. I want you guys to add new color finishes to the 3.0’s, like white, copper, and metallic navy blue. I like holding them and swinging them around. I have not yet sparred with them.

I love these sabers! We use them for saber fights and they hold up very well! I’m not worried about breaking them on stage like I would with other sabers.

It's a good product at a good price. It's also a U.S. vendor so the light sabers where delivered within a few days. I found the sabers to be good quality and durable. They are good for dueling.

Speedy delivery quality was great packed very well. I like this so much I bought two sets would recommend it to anybody. A lot of fun.

The hilt is very well constructed. With the blade attached, it feels balanced. The blade is kid proof. We tried to break it, within reason, by smacking the blades together as hard as we could and wacking trees. Not a scratch.

I give it 4 stars for three reasons. 1) The blade will turn off during a match. I think it's because you can jerk back the saber and it goes to shutdown. 2) When choosing the blade color, by the time you hit the button, it goes past the color you wanted. 3) It would be nice if there was a way to lock your settings so you wouldn't loose them by accident.

Always wanted a light saber. Waited for the right one and now I have it!!

I got mine. Love at first sight. Then the blade started cutting out. I’ve had them about 17 days. I’ve tried to call customer care repeatedly. They never answer. I’ve emailed. No reply. This makes me a sad panda.

Got them...put together (easy enough)..tried out everything..met all expectations in my books...I'm very happy with, can't wait to start using them but its frigid cold here to do so..spring is coming tho😁

This review is about the Saber Master 2.0 which I received two of them part of the 4 for $250 deal. This deal gave me 2 3.0 and 2 2.0 Sabers. I have previously reviewed the 3.0 so this one will only focus on the 2.0.
My rating will be based on the following:
1) Communication
2) Packaging
3) Ease of use
4) Durability
5) Troubleshooting
1) Communication with the company was relatively brief and simple. My items were ordered during the Black Friday time period and shipping was a bust. The two 3.0's arrived with no problem but the 2.0's got lost in the holiday scrum. I reached out to them after not getting any feedback from USPS over a two week period and they reshipped the item with FEDEX. So they get full points there for their responsiveness.
2) Packaging was flawless it was well wrapped and the foam inserts held everything in place. Since they were RGB blades it was no need to concern myself with possible damage like those experienced by pixel blades. The box was sturdy and the items were delivered fully operational. Full points there for their packaging.
3) Ease of use the items were easy to use and assemble. The booklet shows that it now connects to the Xeno configurator which is an online app that allows you to make changes to the saber operation. Since it is a RGB the options were limited to those associated with a RGB blade. Full points there for their connectivity an easy use.
4) Durability the blades are made for dueling. They have 3 or 4 blade presets and 3 or 4 fonts and that is all. You will not have the full 12-30 fonts on the neopixel since its role is primarily for dueling. Durability is pretty good and the blades can take a whacking without getting damaged. My only issue that keeps them from the 5 rating is the crappy ass fake leather wrap. It is horrible. The little sticky section loses grip very quickly. Even if you superglue it. The wrap on the handle no matter how tight and glued you put it on comes lose. So that is the reason they get no points for this category. I would prefer you leave out the fake wrap than to include it.
5)Troubleshooting is easy the book helps you to figure out what is wrong. Since the only obstacle I had was the app wanted me to update the SD card on a RGB? One, I didn't want to take the chassis out of the saber and two, I don't have an SD card reader. So, it will stay in the non-updated format that it is.
Overall it is just that a dueling saber with minimal functions that is designed to do its job well. Enjoy.

In my personal opinion, your product is the best so far. I made the mistake of buying from a different company another product to claim to be as good as yours. Terrible mistake on my part not even close to your quality of your product and that’s all I got to say about that.

I ordered the BOGO 3.0 sabers. We received the sabers on December 27th and we immediately opened the case. Only one of the hilts would light up. I went on the website and filled out the contact us forms. I received an email the next day asking for a video to show the saber did not work. I complied within minutes. I never recieved an email back, I gave them the benefit of doubt because of the holiday. So, I sent the video again. Still no response. Found a second email address on their website and forwarded the message to them. I receive marketing emails daily. So, I figured I would forward the message again this time to the email for a marketing email. Still nothing. I have now sent a message from shopify... still nothing. Still no response. I just want a working hilt to replace the one that doesn't light up.

We ordered two sabers for my 9 and 7 year old boys. They have had so much fun with these and my husband, brother and I were so impressed with the quality and entertainment these provided ( actually we were quite jealous). We ended up ordering three more so we could all have our own! The color options, the great sound effects (Vaders iconic sound was a cool find) and the durability of these light sabers is why I gave it 5 stars.

The Facebook advertisement brought awareness to the light sabers. The holiday pricing made it a practical buy. The timeline of arrival during the holiday, made it a success in my household. The quality made it genuine for future fun.

The lightsabers a great quality. They feel good in my hand. I love the ability to change the blade colors and sound effects. These sabers can also take some abuse. My son and I duel, and we haven't had any problems. You can duel without fear of damage.

Product was just as described, we'll packaged and arrived in a timely fashion. Couple that with what I would consider a very good price, I have no choice but to go 5 stars.

Got an email a while ago telling me how to get another free saber. Did the videos and sent off the links like the email said and have not heard word about it since.

Update: They got back to me promptly after this review and are now looking into the videos I sent. Rating going up for customer support.
