The pricing, customer service, and quality of the products are excellent. I've had their original sabers for several years and recently bought the new version for my groomsmen in my wedding party for photos and as gifts. I've always told people how much I enjoy their work at conventions like Star Wars Celebration and at Disney World.

I love the sabers I ordered and the special secret sale for the Pride/Chameleon saber. They are beautiful and as a first time, new cosplayer at age 53 years old it brought joy to me in a way I did not expect! My only recommendation for Saber Masters is please include step-by-step instructions for assembly. I had to watch at least 3 Youtube videos to learn how to assemble my sabers, because there were no instructions inside the box. It dampened my experience a little bit.

These light sabers were more than I expected. Very fun and entertaining. Tech is very good. Perfect addition to a collection.

Love my Sabers! It was quick, much cheaper than I would've thought! I should've done it a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away! I have a friend that has the Gen 1's and he says that the Gen 2 is so much better.

Are YOU wondering if you should get a SaberMasters Saber? YES, YOU SHOULD! My sabers are awesome!!! My sister and I can't decide which light mode and sound combo we like the best, we're constantly changing them up. These sabers are sturdy too. We don't hold back when we are playing around with them. Not a dent, crack, or sign of damage on the saber portion and I love the weight of the handle. My order came with a wrap that I put on the handles to make it custom and comfortable for my grip. There were also links on the website for how-to videos if you learn better by seeing how something is done vs reading the directions.
Get a SaberMaster Saber, DO IT, cause you'll love it.

Well constructed, durable, overall a joy to swing and clash. So many combinations of sounds and light colors

I think that these are great beginner blades for the price. The two main issues that I have are that there doesn't seem to be a way to lock the blades to one color or keep them from auto turning off in clash mode. Every time I turn them on and off they want to switch colors on me. Also, I was slightly disappointed that there was no way to make the blade light extend out/in on power up/power down but I understand that without interior leds that's not possible. I didn't understand that the hilts were giant flashlights and that there were no internal leds in the blades. Finally, if you could eventually make longer blades for purchase, as 28 inches is a bit short, I'd happily buy replacement blades for spinning as opposed to dueling. Aside from that, my wife and I love these blades(she got the pride saber and I got the other two to use as a staff) and for the price we paid they were a very good deal.

The quality of the sabers is great. I originally ordered some for a friend, and after trying them out, I had to buy my own. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Im still waiting almost 2 months later for my shipment. Contacted 3 times and no solid response or solution.. Still waiting but now they say its on the way and apologized...

Every saber i have bought has been exactly what is advertised and i love the quality. I wish you guy's could invest in other hilt designs but keep the quality of the product but I'm sure the design of your hilts are exactly why the product is such good quality so idk.

Terrible, don't buy

First of all, a great top level cosplay product, not a toy! Sturdy, well made, balanced, (I use it for tai chi sword practice), great sound and light effects. The enclosed starter brochure gives you the basics, the website gives you more detailed instructions on programming your specific FX.

Got a great BOGO deal over the holidays.

SaberMasters were our first "real" sabers, with our only prior experience being early Hasbro display sabers and plastic kid models. We got these for my daughter and I, and she has used her stage training to help teach me some basic sword and saber moves. The Ultimate 2.0's are well balanced, and can take a thrashing -- by that I mean untrained duals and the occasional hit on low ceilings.

They sound great, and they look even better. Best presents for ourselves ever!

Our order has not been received and the company is not reachable to resolve the issue. There is a postal strike in Canada and you are not offering another shipping method . This is a Christmas gift for our daughter and she won't have anything it seems now.
