The ease of selecting and ordering my sabers was quick and painless. The price was a great deal for Halloween. Shipping was not on time which was a real let down. Ruined my costume for work. Had to make last minute change. Product was as promised. Amazing.

Everything was great except for a few things. A lot of people now are ordering on line. Sometimes someone will be bogus meaning, it is not a real store, it's a fake. It happened to me a couple of times already and now I do a lot of research to try and find out if the store is legit or not. After a bit I received the stands first and I thought, here we go again. I get the stands and no swords. About a few days later the swords arrived. All I'm saying is maybe try to send everything together instead of separately. Other then that everything was awesome and I love the swords....

Support isn't good at all. Saber works ok - blanks out on contact occasionally. All they could say is, take the battery out or replace it, but then no directions how or that they would replace it free if it were defective.

The savers are sturdy and feel like quality equipment. The realistic sound quality gives it a feel of being part of the action. The fact and ability of changing colors is a great touch to them. Great product

Being left in read left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be ordering from here again. It also showed up 2 days after my kids birthday despite of ordering it ahead of time.

Made an order, paid my money, and never received the sabers I ordered. On top of that, I now get tons of spam email from them. This company (Saber Masters) is a scam. Do not order from them.

Quality is good. Two for one price is good. Notification on when product was to be shipped not so good. I had to email a couple of times to find out. Response after was good.

The lightsabers are great quality! Incredibly fun with so many functions! However, I've ordered from Sabermasters twice, both times with express shipping, and yet they arrived far later than projected each time.

Great product, my kids loved them. They blew them away.

My LightSabers arrived in good order and are a monster talking point with Primary and High School students. While not a Sabre (sic) fight-club person, they are a real treat (and fun!) marshalling students backstage at an arena dance performance! Try escorting 500 Primary students through a mass of 3000 others, in low light conditions. The Force is Strong!!!

I placed an order on July 23rd, received on July 30th and requested a refund on August 1st.
My refund was not approved until August 16th and I shipped it that day. It was received on August 21st. It is now September 8th and I have no even received a response from support.

Great customer service, quick shipping, and an amazing price for high quality sabers that are not only strong and ready for duelling, but are also fully customizable in terms of sounds, colours, and effects. I have bought 3 sets for family and friends (so far). Great work SaberMasters.
