Definitely worth the money I paid

Sabers are good. Trying get a response and info on tracking very poor.

Bought my kids a set of sabers for Christmas a year and a half ago. They have since been fought by adults, abused by kids, left outside in rain and snow multiple times. Huge recommend.

The entire experience was great. Your website was very easy to navigate and the prices for your light sabers was fantastic. I got myself the two for one special and the pride saber for my daughter who loves it!!! I have hit some things really hard and no issues what so ever. The ease of charging and switching modes is very simple and they sound great!!!! Excellent quality and we love them!! I finally have light sabers that can take what I can dish out!!!!!

The quality of the lightsabers was excellent and just as advertised

The lightsaber's aesthetic design is appealing; however, improvements are needed in operational controls, particularly the color selection process and rapid power source depletion. Furthermore, the application currently does not support simultaneous connection of both sabers.

I paid $204.00 for my sabers May 19th and have not received them. I've sent messages have can't get a response. I want my sabers or my money back. Just got them in the mail. Took a long time. Now I have to charge them and see how they work.

You sent it to the other side of country and you wont reply to my email for a refund

We haven't dueled yet to check the durability but the absolute coolness of these is incredible. My martial arts instructor and I are going to have a lot of fun.

Wicked quality downloading the app for it made it incredible, great quality the clash with saber on saber is a bit glitchy if I had to describe it but all and all with that being the only down side worth the purchase 10000%

Great Sabers. They are bright with great sound quality,weight and durability. We made videos using these sabers in 2023 and now in 2025. They held up time and time again despite the impact of our duels.
Date of experience: 2023 all the way to May 20, 2025 and beyond!

After searching and searching on the internet for the "perfect" saber, a family member suggested I look into SaberMasters. SaberMasters offered exactly what I was looking for. When the product was dispatched through USPS, there was a shipping issue from the courier. I emailed SaberMasters and they were in full contact with me until the packaged arrived.

I thought the light sabers were going to be longer like in the movies. My Sabers didn't come with any sd cards nor coukd I couldnt download the app.
They work well and the colours are great

We purchased over a month ago with a buy Two get one free. Woofer devices work,one doesn’t work at all. We contacted the Company to see what to do. Katrina contacted us and asked for a video showing the issue, which we did.then she said in a later email that in 24 Hours, they would assist us. Nothing since.not the Other ones glitchy

I’m blown away by the quality of my lightsaber from Saber Masters. The hilt is solid, the blade is bright and responsive, and the sound effects are spot-on. You can tell it’s made with care and precision.

Customer service was excellent — quick responses and fast shipping. Highly recommend for any Star Wars fan or collector!

UPDATE 2 (Pending Final Review):
As of June 13, my order from Sabermasters successfully reached the APO address where I’m currently stationed, though I have not yet received it personally due to ongoing military-related mail disruptions in the region. I’ve confirmed the package is at the APO facility, and I’m awaiting its release.

I still intend to provide a final review once I can inspect and test the sabers, if the situation permits. I appreciate those following along for updates, especially fellow military customers who may face similar shipping issues.

Product quality is still to be determined. I’ll share my full impressions once I’ve had a chance to duel and test the sabers.

UPDATE 1: (May 16, 2025) Sabermasters is finally shipping my order to my US address! My family will then forward it to my APO where I'm currently stationed. I'm upgrading this to 3 stars for now since they finally got the ball rolling. Once I receive it I'll be able to better update this review with an overall rating.

I ordered from Sabernasters because they advertise worldwide shipping and list APO addresses as an option. I’m stationed overseas with the U.S. military and paid extra for USPS Priority Mail to ensure timely delivery.

Unfortunately, they never informed me they couldn’t ship to APOs until I reached out multiple times—despite having a U.S.-based warehouse. Their responses were delayed by days, and after threatening to cancel, I was told to provide a different U.S. address. That was over a week ago, and I still haven’t received tracking info or confirmation.

It’s now been over a month. I’ve followed up again but still no reply. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I’ll be requesting a refund.
