Jeg bookede to rejsebilletter og tegnede en sygeforsikring og betalte ekstra penge for det, men min datter blev pludselig syg, og jeg bad dem om at annullere returbilletten, og de bad om en lægeerklæring, men de annullerede mine billetter og kompenserede mig ikke med nogen penge og stjal mine penge for returbilletten og returnerede mig intet. De er et firma af chauffører og svindlere. Jeg fraråder nogen at booke rejsebilletter gennem dem.

Aucune valeur ajoutée pour un surcoût non négligeable. À éviter. Voici les raisons de mon mécontentement :
- après avoir demandé un changement de nom (compris dans la prestation ) plus de nouvelles pendant plusieurs jours jusqu’à ce que je contacte à nouveau le service client. Ensuite un opérateur ne parlant pas français en ligne pour effectuer les démarches !
- mail envoyé ( prévu dans la prestation) avec deux fois la même carte d’embarquement ( erreur commise à l’aller comme au retour). Ai dû appeler pour signaler l’erreur ; on me demande alors de regarder sur le site Air France …..

Scam. Got me "best" price for 4 passenger round trip tickets on SATA to Azores from JFK. FInd out at JFK takeoff only 2 of the 4 passenger tickets allow luggage and must pay for 3rd and 4th piece. Cost me $500 to bring those 2 pieces back and forth.
These scammers needs to dissappear !!!!! 🛩

Så utroværdig og ugennemsigtig side. Skulle bare have et par billige flybilletter, men skulle fravælge alle mulige tilkøb for til sidst at få at vide at prisen pga. Stor efterspørgsel lige var steget .

Absolute Scam, using Sky Scanner they were the cheapest by far then after them getting all my details, they added $186.67 which represented 10% to the air fare. Waste of time and effort, avoid with extreme prejeduce SCAM.

Sonen bokade fel riktning på flyget till sig och flickvännen. Så fort detta uppdagades kontaktade vi dem via chatten. Satt i flera chattar men kom inte vidare. Provade då ringa kundtjänst. Fick tillsist ett bekräftelse mail på att de skulle titta på en lösning. 48 hr före avgång ringer de upp oss för att säga att de avslutar ärendet då vi varit i kontakt med Klarna och att de tidigast kommer att återKomma i ärendet efter den 2 november-2025. Har nu två fattiga studenter som blivit lurade på 17000kr

Total katastrof! Först kom inte min väska med i bokningen till SAS, upptäcktes dagen innan. Ingen info om ombokad resa.På resdagen var min platsbokning borta. Inrikes. Seriöst!???

Consiglio vivamente di non prenotare su questo sito sul quale siamo capitate per errore. Ho avuto un problema sanitario e nonostante invio di certificati medici in tempo utile per cambio data non hanno mai dato una risposta chiara chiedendo una penale di 140 euro a persona! Lenti nel rispondere e rimpallano alla compagnia aerea. Inoltre i biglietti non erano neppure arrivati

Nous avons pris des billets modifiables avec ma conjointe. Aucune solution ne nous a été apportée pour modifier nos billets, aucun service de la part de l'agence qui n'a pas respecté ses obligations...

Är det någon mer som har problem med FlightWork? Jag har väntat i evigheter på min återbetalning efter att mitt flyg blev inställt. Kundtjänsten svarar knappt och det känns som de bara skjuter på det hela. De säger att flygbolaget har inte återbetalt de och flygbolaget skickar mig bekräftelse för återbetalning. Jag kommer anmäla de.

I want to strongly warn everyone — Flight Network is a big scam and a complete fraud. They are playing with people’s money and emotions, and I urge everyone not to trust them or book any ticket through them.

Here’s my experience: once you book a ticket through them, they will contact you the very next day claiming that your flight is cancelled due to some vague, unknown reasons. Then they will promise that your refund will be processed in 5-6 business days. But the reality? You’ll be waiting for months.

You’ll have to follow up with them again and again, and every time you’ll hear a new excuse or story. The process is stressful and mentally exhausting. Their customer support team is based in India and unfortunately, they are clueless about the actual status of your case. They keep repeating the same script, which only worsens your frustration.

I cannot emphasize this enough: DO NOT book your tickets with Flight Network. They will take your money, not give you any ticket, and then use your money elsewhere — probably in online trades or other fraudulent activities.

This is a dishonest company making a business out of scamming people. Please, save yourself the stress, time, and money — stay away from Flight Network.

Utterly useless scam!!! Booked a flight by mistake thinking I was booking directly. All edits have to be done through their website which you need the booking confirmation email to use. Despite an email coming through almost right away asking me if I wanted to book accommodation as well I never received a confirmation email.
Rang their customer service and got the order number went to website to use it and it requires a confirmation email when input, again emails never arrived, Customer service claims it may be because they can't send to iinet email addresses to which I cry b**ls**t as I got an email from them immediately after the booking.
Fortunately not a super expensive ticket but I have done my dough on it. DO NOT USE!!!

Misleading "Flexible Ticket" – Forced to book bussiness class so Pay More to Change Flights

I had a very disappointing experience with Flight Network. I specifically purchased flexible tickets expecting to be able to make changes if needed — that's what "flexible" should mean, right?

However, when I contacted customer service to change my flight, I was told that I could only make changes if I upgraded to business class — which is completely different from what was advertised. This is misleading and feels like a trap.

The platform gave me no clear explanation of what "flexible" actually included at the time of purchase, and now I’m stuck with a ticket I can't use unless I pay much more. This kind of hidden condition is unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Flight Network, especially if you're relying on flexibility. Be very careful — what you see is not what you get.

Jättedålig support, stänger chatten två gånger och ingen hjälp från dom. Jag har rätt till återbetalning men de hjälper inte och lurar folk. Använder inte.

volo prenotato Order 1036-203-019 ad ottobre 2024 con " Protezione annullamento" pagata 91,48 euro per tutti i passeggeri, valida per annulare voli 2 ore prima della partenza per motivi di salute e con richiesta di rimborso completo.
A causa di una modifica di 5 minuti su una delle 4 tratte da parte di una compagnia aerea, la protezione annullamento dell'assicurazione non è piu' valida. Quindi contattate le compagnie aeree, mi riferiscono di rivolgermi a FN che ovviamente non solo non rimborsa nessun volo, ma neanche la garanzia annullamento e nemmeno le tasse aereoportuali !!!! Scandalosi !!!!

I booked a return Flight from Luton to Prague 1 hour ago, I received an email stating they are confirming the flight with the Airline, it also gave me a Order Number. After not receiving any further information for an hour, I tried to find my order on the Flight Network sight with my email address and the order number. It stated the order Number was not found. I tried several times and had the same response. I googled Flight Network contact details and found the same number I was diverted to with my email and Order number, it asked, however, it stated the order number cannot be found and I couldn't go any further. I tried to find alternative numbers or emails but kept being provided with the same number.
I have 3 days to the flight but cannot contact them at all, I am extremely angry and frustrated and the return flight cost £270, I cannot afford to rebook with another airline.

Je change ma date de départ , cette agence en ligne me dit de voir directement avec Transavia car ils ne peuvent pas le faire directement et qu’on me remboursera la différence
Transavia me dit pas possible de changer il faut refaire un billet

“I thought it was SAS, since that’s what I was searching for. In all the stress, I clicked a link and assumed I had landed on SAS’s official site. I only realised I had booked through the wrong page when I went looking for my confirmation.

Now, to actually receive my ticket – which ended up costing more than SAS – I have to wait three days, even though the money was withdrawn immediately. Total scam. A lesson learned: always double-check what you’re clicking on, no matter how stressed you are.

Avoid booking through them – expensive and unnecessarily complicated.”
