J’ai acheté un vol avec flightnetwork. J’ai voulu modifier les dates. Cela s’est avéré totalement impossible. On ne peut le faire par soi-même. On est obligé de passer par un de leurs « employés » soit par téléphone, soit par chat qui n’est pas accessible directement sur leur site. L’interlocuteur répète sans cesse la même chose, refuse de répondre aux questions. Ils ont finalement annulé mon vol sans mon consentement. Juste parce que sur le chat j’ai écrit : je voudrais annuler mon vol. Et ensuite j’ai demandé combien cela me couterait. Ils n’ont pas voulu répondre à ma question mais après cet entretien ils ont annulé mon vol. Ils ont pris la phrase: je voudrais annuler mon vol comme preuve de consentement.
Bref ce sont des escrocs.

This is a firm warning to all people who want to fly abroad for holiday or any other personal work. Please note that this agency FLIGHT NETWORK ( (ETRAVELI )is a totally fraud and a scam agency. They intentionally send you emails one or two days before your departure informing you that the flight is canceled and they try to book you onto another day. They also ask you for a phenomenal amount of money for date changes or postponement of date. I recently flew to Bangalore from Prague and they sent me exa bogus email telling me g my flight was cancelled and asked me to pay 3.65 lacs for me and my wife. Fortunately, ETHIHAD was kind enough to rebook us in the same flight as we had booked earlier without paying extra money. Please avoid these fraud bastards and always remember to BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE COMPANY. Do not book through agents. They have all fraud females and men working for them on commission basis. All in all, AVOID this agent called FLIGHT NETWORK.

Det er mega svært at få bestilling fuldført og der går lidt tid før vi får rejsen bekræftet. Men det går hurtigt med at I vil ændre vores rejse dato, det er vi ikke interesseret i.Så vi aflyser vores rejse og vil have pengene refunderet. Dette må vi rykke for at få bekræftet, det bekræfter i d.16 marts. Men vi forsat tilbudt nye flyrejser og kan ikke komme i kontakt med nogen. Vi ringer og skriver og bruger meget tid på det. Det er mega dårlige service, at i ændre på rejsen, men det er os som skal bruge tid, energi på at få refunderet

very bad service. i downloaded app for this. but they didn’t send any information about cancellation of my flight there. they send info only to email. but they should inform also in application they had. otherwise there is still old information and no new information about any changes they have made. for example i bought flights with 1 stop both ways. but they changed diferest day and time. and also put 2 stop flights whats is not normal for me. so you vsnt trust this conpany.

Flight Network initially stated that the refund had been processed on 5 March. However, after multiple follow-ups, they later admitted that they are still waiting to receive the money from the airline and cannot provide any clear timeline.
I have now waited well beyond the stated 15 business days without any result. Communication has been inconsistent and unclear, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates.
Due to the lack of response and accountability, I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend using Flight Network.

Im writing a 2nd review about this travel agent, do not book with them .. i faced horrible time to contact with one the customer service spent 130mins on international calls and applied refund. They assured 7 days for timeframe after airline refunded to flightnetwork., its been 10 days since airline refunded to them but they haven’t process any refund to me . When i try reaching their UK customer service number my queue was in 80th position i have to wait another 2 hours to speak to them, no mail support / no chat support / no response .. worst worst worst nightmare .. my booking number 1113-131-523

Ik heb nooit een bevestiging of ticket ontvangen, ondanks dat ik meerdere e-mails heb gestuurd naar hun klantenservice.

U geeft zelf aan dat de boeking niet is gelukt. Dat betekent dat er sprake is van een niet geleverde dienst.
Ik verzoek u daarom opnieuw om het bedrag van €513,44 terug te storten.
De betaling is traceerbaar via uw betaalprovider met bovenstaand transactienummer. Bij uitblijven van terugbetaling ligt het dossier inmiddels bij mijn rechtsbijstandsverzekering

I purchased flight tickets through FlightNetwork, and both airlines canceled the flights on February 28, providing official confirmation and instructions to request a refund. However, since the tickets were purchased through FlightNetwork, only they can process the refund.
It has now been almost a month, and I have been trying to contact them almost every day. The phone number listed on their website keeps you on hold for up to 3 hours, only for the call to be automatically disconnected. The online chat is just as bad — you wait over an hour, constantly confirming that you are still there, and if you don’t reply within 3 minutes, the chat closes and you are sent back to the end of the queue.
Even when you finally reach an agent, they keep redirecting you to another department, forcing you to wait even longer. I only managed to speak to someone once, as most of the time I was disconnected from the chat due to their system.
This is simply unacceptable treatment of customers.
Eventually, they submitted a refund request for only one of my flights. It is unclear why the second one was not processed at all. More than 15 days have passed, and there are still no updates — neither by email nor in my account.
There is no way to contact them by email, as all addresses are non-responsive.
I am now forced to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback.

This is really a scammer company the flights has been cancelled and the airlines said refund has been given to the agent but this Flightnetwork taking more than a month to refund the money, the customer service team keep on saying waiting time is more than 14 business days by airline and another 14 b .d by flughtnetwork. No one care for their customer.

Ho un volo previsto per il 31 marzo e, dopo aver contattato direttamente la compagnia aerea (Kuwait Airways), mi è stato confermato che il volo è stato cancellato. Nonostante questo, sul sito di FlightNetwork risulta ancora semplicemente come “modificato”, senza alcuna spiegazione chiara, senza aggiornamenti reali e senza alcuna assistenza.
La cosa più grave è che è totalmente impossibile contattarli: le email vengono ignorate o addirittura respinte, non esiste un servizio clienti funzionante e qualsiasi tentativo di ricevere supporto è inutile. È come parlare con il vuoto.
Nel frattempo, la compagnia aerea prevede il rimborso del biglietto, ma FlightNetwork — che ha incassato il pagamento — sparisce completamente, impedendo di fatto al cliente di esercitare i propri diritti.
Ricordo che, in base al Regolamento (CE) n. 261/2004 sui diritti dei passeggeri aerei, in caso di cancellazione del volo il passeggero ha diritto al rimborso o a una riprotezione su un volo alternativo. Il comportamento di FlightNetwork, che rende impossibile qualsiasi contatto e ostacola l’accesso a tali diritti, è gravemente scorretto e potenzialmente in violazione delle normative europee a tutela dei consumatori.
È inaccettabile che un’azienda che vende voli internazionali abbandoni i propri clienti proprio nei momenti critici. Zero trasparenza, zero assistenza, zero responsabilità.
Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare FlightNetwork.

do NOT book with them. when i called them i was caller 180 and held for 3 hours to be hanged up on and then next time was called 120 which took 2 hours. the representative said they could not help me so i asked for a supervisor and was told they would call me which that did not happen. called again and asked for email and they would not give me. icelandair told me they sent info to 3rd party but 3rd party said they never received. accidentally i made a booking with them since it was the number one entry when i typed icelandair

I booked a flight from Dakar to Banjul with Air Senegal scheduled for 31 December through Flight Network. In mid-November, I received an email confirming that the flight had been cancelled and that I was entitled to a full refund.
Since then, I have been chasing this refund for over three months.
Despite at least eight follow-ups, the only response I continue to receive from Flight Network is that I should “wait for an update.” No timeline, no resolution, and no refund.
To make matters worse, I contacted Air Senegal directly and they confirmed that the agency (Flight Network) must process the refund request on their side, meaning the delay lies entirely with the booking agency.
Holding a customer’s money for months after a cancelled flight is completely unacceptable. This experience shows a serious lack of customer service, accountability, and transparency.
Travelers should be aware that if something goes wrong with your booking, you may be left waiting indefinitely for your money.
