Visited the store a couple of times recently looking for a new suite.
We were undecided on what we were looking for and had a good browse around.
No pushy sales person trying to sway us one way or another.
We talked with Samantha, who turned out to be the most patient and helpful sales person you could wish to meet.
With her help we have chosen a new suite and recliner.

We went to the store in search for a sofa. They have a good selection and range of prices. Laura the salesperson was very helpful, and able to answer our queries/questions we had about the sofas we liked, Laura said to have a good look around the store which we did. We found 3 sofas we liked very much and Laura suggested we take fabric swatches and take time to view them in different lighting in the store to help us in making a decision. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Laura for your assistance.

Loyal customers for 25 years but have to say, Troy excelled this time above and beyond the norm.

The salesman Ronan came over when I asked and helped me with my requirements and gave great advice leaving me to choose the most suitable one for us
He sorted out the paperwork and made sure I received my discount and when I could expect it to arrive
This is my favourite furniture store worth the 44 mile drive from home

Showroom very impressive but not pretentious . Walked round with ease without any hassle from pushy salesmen .
When we decided to approach a salesman Troy we felt immediately as ease . He was very informative , showed us exactly what we were looking for and gave us thinking time . Big decision.
He did his job with the upmost professionalism and we liked that . No pressure and he got the sale .

The company have a large selection of different types of sofas for sale. Troy Ragona, the sales person, went out of his way to find the exact size of sofa that I wanted. He was very helpful.

We visited the store today to look for a sofa that we had seen online. Laura was really helpful and showed us the one we were after. She explained everything really clearly and left us to take our time in deciding what we wanted. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, which meant we could have a look around the rest of the shop and found a rug that we liked too. We are really happy with our purchases and can’t wait for our sofa to arrive!

What a great experience. We really enjoyed our extended time in the shop (there was so much choice). All the assistants were helpful but not pushy and when we finally made pur minds up Troy was incredibly helpful and efficient.

Ronan showed us a few different styles and helped us choose the best option.

Mel was great helping us get set up with the logistics. She was also amazing with our little girl who kept running up to her.

Amazing service and high quality furniture. Just purchased a new sofa and our salesperson was Ronan who was fab. We were greeted as we entered the store advised to take our time looking around, try the sofas and just go and find Ronan when we wanted any more information. After discussing 2-3 different ones decided on one. Ronan was brilliant gave us all the care information the price options and made us feel really comfortable with no pressure to buy at all which is great as it is a large financial purchase. Fabulous service and support and can’t wait to receive our 2 new sofas. Thank you very much

We visited the store in Mytholmroyd a couple of days ago with the intention of browsing and making notes on styles and prices. We were greeted by Alan and then he left us to wander without interruption, however he was on hand to answer any queries we had. We finished up ordering 2x 2 seater leather settees. We were impressed with the variety of styles and found the prices to be reasonable considering the quality. Alan couldn’t have been more helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Thank you. Anne and Steven

Laura was very helpful over email initially sending samples etc, then supported me to find a lovely sofa once in the shop. It was a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the shop and Laura was really helpful in helping me to picture the sofa in my lounge before purchasing.

Great local business, with lovely staff and a wide range of quality furniture. Ronan dealt with us and was very professional and helpful with our purchase.

Earlier this week, just before Christmas, we visited and were warmly greeted by Alan, who immediately asked if we needed assistance. We mentioned we were just browsing and would reach out if needed. After some time, Alan approached us again to inquire about our thoughts. His friendly demeanor made it feel like he was personally selecting furniture for his own space. He listened attentively to our ideas and helped us visualise a design for our lounge using the pictures we provided of our blank canvas. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance and would strongly recommend Russell Dean Company. Their customer service is exceptional, and they truly prioritise their customers in everything they do. It was very clear that our piece of mind was important to them and today we have placed an order.

From first arriving at Russell deans there is plenty of free parking.
We dealt with Troy who was very polite and well informed. We wanted to purchase a couple of sofas, Troy was very patient while we tried all the sofas on offer, helping us to narrow the choice down and
after having complimentary coffee and biscuits, helped us make a final and well informed choice.

We were advised on delivery dates, and the sofas arrived earlier than advised which was a bonus. (I was told if I wanted delay delivery, they were happy to hold until needed)

The delivery process was very smooth,from the initial phone call to arrange delivery, the office staff were very friendly and professional.
We were given a delivery time slot, and the driver called 1hr before to say they were on route.
The delivery men were very polite, professional and efficient.

Russell Dean you offer a fantastic service from start to finish, very pleased with our sofas they look and feel great, very comfy.

With a collapsing 20 year old sofa forcing me to take action I finally popped in to Russell Dean for the first time despite living nearby for 4 years. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and choice on display it took me 2 more visits to make a decision, all of the staff were friendly and helpful without a hint of pressure. My purchase was made really easy by Ronan being so professional and knowledgeable. Jaqueline arranged my delivery by phone and she was also really helpful and pleasant to deal with. My furniture was delivered today and Paul and his colleague really took the challenges and physical demands in their stride. They respected both my property and my new furniture and made sure I was fully happy before they left. They were very efficient, professional and the dry humour was also appreciated. My experience with Russell Dean has been superb from start to finish and I feel confident that if I have any problems they will be helpful and fair minded.
