I needed to return the item as it was…

I needed to return the item as it was too big. I had to pay postage which was substantial as I was sending from the North. The postage wasn't refunded.

As a small independent online store it simply would not be feasible for us to offer free delivery or returns. Any online store which does this is generally factoring in that cost in other ways such as adding a extra amount on top of the unit price being charged. We prefer to be transparent so we can offer the best prices on our goods and not fool our customers with false claims of free delivery/returns. From surveying our regular customers we found almost all of them agreed with this approach.

Super speedy delivery

Super speedy delivery, very well packaged…loved the pink! The dress is fab quality, perfectly sized and exactly as described. Already looking forward to my next purchase.

We are sorry you were disappointed but we have made it as clear as possible in a number of places that we are an online store only and do not have any physical location that customers can come to. That is the online business model which allows us to offer such a large range of products and stock, and we think most online only stores operate in this manner. We have tried to work with An Post to make returning goods as easy as possible however.

Speedy delivery & items as expected- well done team!

I saw the ads on FB but wasn’t sure so I checked out online website & ordered my items in confidence, the quality is fantastic and super fast delivery with an post in Ireland. I will definitely order again. Especially with the speedy delivery with a reliable courier service. I ordered the pink/orange flower cardigan (one size) as a gift for someone who loves colour & she really LOVES it & received so many compliments wearing it (even from random strangers!) - well done team Ruby Rouge. I haven’t washed the items yet so I dont know how well they will wear but very impressed so far.
