Stay away from this company ,shit product,shit customer service.
Fake name . Warehouse in England. Will not refund my money. Will not process my return. Offered 10% refund.said I could keep the product. ( I wouldn't put it in the dog)then they wanted me to give them another 10€ so they could send me another shit low quality product. This process is going on 3weeks now

I don’t mind that the company is actually Chinese not Irish if they provide good quality products but they are Not! The quality is bad. The sizes are too small from real sizes, the customer support is the worst ever. I am trying for about a month to return the product and get my money back but they’re not answering. Do not support their dirty business. Don’t let them fool you like they did to me. Stay away from them. They are imposters and liers

This company is a total fraud .Don't waste your money . Cheap dress from China had no resemblance to the one I ordered . They don't have a return policy ,other than you keep the rubbish they send ,( which went in the bin ) and you send them more money ! already being out of pocket ! 10 emails back and forth ,including photos of the dress they requested , left me thoroughly frustrated and going round in circles with no results . STAY WELL AWAY

Really difficult to return items , would not recommend.

Absolute scam company, pretending to be Dublin boutique but sending cheap Shein clothing a month after the orders placed. My advice is to stay away and don't waste your money. Quality so bad I didn't even try the dress on. This kind of selling has to be illegal surely.

I had a dreadful experience with Caitlin Dublin and I would strongly urge anyone to shop elsewhere. They are a scam operator who takes money for orders from China and take advantage of a technical loophole to provide no direct returns. If you have a problem with an item you have to return it unopened and pay for the return shipping to China. You don't get a refund for the amount you pay. It's very hostile and convoluted to deal with them and they just want you to give up and go away. I can't understand why they are allowed to operate with such appalling customer care. They are cynical and corrupt to the core and the business model is geared to exploit the customer.

Very disappointed, my boots arrived after two weeks, they too small , poor quality and nothing like the description, will not shop here again

Clrhin company masquerading as an irish-based company. Clothing is poor quality. Returns process is a joke.

AVOID.
Expensive looking products but when they arrive they’re cheap c**p that’s shipped from China.
Returns Policy is overly complicated, involving photos!
Gave up in the end. A lesson learned

I got a replacement jacket that was still too small, they told me they can only do 1 replacement so I asked for a refund and they completely ignored my request,stay well clear of this company

I was caught with this crowd last year. They advertise as if they were an Irish company. What I paid €98 for were on TEMU for €8.95. Exact same. Do not touch them. They are SCAMMERS.

Spent €29.95 on a “work “ trousers. Got way better quality on Temu for €2.00. They are making a fortune by reselling cheap products. Avoid completely.

Pure scam. The dress that arrived would be alright for a Halloween costume.

Avoid at all cost. The clothes I received were cheep tack from China with cost €100. Will want you to send them back to China at your own cost for 20% of your refund. There just scamers

I got no confirmation email after making order and no indication of when it will be be delivered. Looking at other reviews I doubt I will ever receive the order & if I do it will most likely be thrash! Stay away from this scam company! There website surely should be closed down??

Don’t buy off this website it is not based in Ireland and their service is appalling I’ve been waiting 4MONTHS AND STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM AND NO REFUND
