So helpful
Even though I returned the dress as it didn’t suit me, I had a very good experience. After ordering I received it within a couple of days, and when I contacted them about returning it , they were very swift and helpful with a response.
I will definitely make a purchase again.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I was told it takes 2 to 3 working days for Items to be delivered. I ordered 2 dresses 24 days ago. Many emails later I asked for a full refund. As I still hadn't received what I ordered. They told me the below.
"I have raised two queries with the courier regarding this issue and have had no response from them"
I have refunded you for your items and can only apologise but it is a little out of our control with the couriers."
They only gave me a refund because I asked for it.... and apparently they have no control over when or not you will get your oder. Never again 😒

Hi Alison, we have checked out your orders. As with your previous orders which were all delivered within the time frame this was sent out with An Post. Having looked at the tracking information there was no updates from An Post and as outlined we have tried to engage with them a number of times for an update. As of now they have been unable to locate the package, so we refunded you in full for this, hence we are the ones who are taking the hit on this. Perhaps you deal with other online businesses which do their own delivery, but for us like many others we have no choice but to use a national fulfilment company such as An Post. We do our very best every day to fulfil orders generally within 48 hours of receiving the order (in this case yours was processed in 46 hours by us), but perhaps you will understand when the courier company then takes the parcel to deliver to you, that they may not quite match that, and we are not sure how we can change or influence that. However, we note your comments and will continue to work to improve in every way we can.

Hi I bought the Lucinda dres in Blush pink, I was delighted with it, the colour was a little dulller than the picture but still a lovely colour, it was so comterfbul and I got so many complements. This is my second dress which was the same.

Good but not great
I felt the order took longer than expected to arrive. Ordered Sun and arrived Thursday.
The dress was for an occasion and when I put it on I noticed loose threads at the slit. Then when I was sitting I noticed more loose threads at the end. I did send a message and got no reply.
The colours were stunning and I did receive lots of compliments.

The dress was ripped above the zip when I received it. It was of poor quality overall & a very bad fit. Really disappointed with it. I have sent it back.
