Marc came and fitted my dashcam - he was great! All sorted within a few hours and he even had a few spare parts which I didn't know I needed, otherwise the job would have been cancelled. Thanks Marc!

Very friendly and was shown exactly how dash cameras worked. Was asked regulary if i would like a drink or if there was anything i needed. Dash cams were fitted perfectly and explained to me about how they are fitted and how to adjust if needed.

The installation engineer ‘Marc’ what a top bloke. He went above and beyond. He could not find our motor mover control box for the required negative feed. He had to remove a panel covering the battery wiring to obtain a negative feed.
He kept the workspace tidy. The installation is of good quality. Being in a similar trade as I design electrical services in buildings. I know a good installation engineer when I meet them and witness their work. Highly recommended for the installation side.

The reason I could not give this review 5 stars was the correspondence received was misleading and confusing from the office. The day before the installation I received by email and text stating the install would be in the afternoon. On the day of the install I received a text at 10:13 stating the ETA was 10:18am ( not as previously indicated the afternoon)
Giving me 5 minutes to get to the storage yard where our caravan is stored. I arrived in the nick of time as the engineer was about to leave. Which I hold no grievance against the engineer at all.

Very efficient and good communication once the date for fitting was agreed. Joel (the fitter) was friendly and did a good job fitting the dash cam and showing me how it worked.

Great service. Fitter arrived on time and was very efficient.

Poor customer service, no specific time slot message for dash cam, arrived any time and expected us to be there all the time. Also said we waited, we arrive in the morning and they appear at 7, while their opening hours are 9-5, which I expect at 7. To reschedule, you have to call at 9, which doesn't make sense. When you speak to customer service, it feels like they’re offering a free service after charging £150, and you still get rudeness.

Got to be one of the worst companies out there for customer service. Made phone regarding tracker for caravan. Yep we can do it. Called day of installation young man. Said has been given wrong part. Recall r/s connect. Need at cancel agreement and redo costing over £1200. Awaiting refund which still not done. Eventually on second time. The young man attended took him under 5 mins. Workmanship was excellent clean n tidy. Just a shame your customer service team isn’t as great.

Vehicle electrician, Marc, turned up promptly. Very courteous. Excellent installation. Thoroughly nice guy.

Marc was the engineer who came and fitted my cams. He was on time, friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.

Turned up on time, fitted the dashcam well. Couldn;t wait to get going. would not help with connecting the phone to the car and hence left with the dashcam working but not the phone link. So half a job and a bit grumpy. We were very dissapointed

Pranay was as absolute pleasure to deal with
throughout my installation appointment. He installed my next base 622GW front and rear camera in my Mercedes A class. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it with minimal wiring showing! He also showed me how to connect the dashcam up with the app so I could view everything straight away on my
Phone! Very happy with the service provided he was very experienced and delightful to deal with.
