Next Base dashcam install. Spot on!!

Booked RS Connect via the Next Base website for a F&R dashcam install on a BMW 330e.
There was little communication from them until the day before, but all went to plan.
Martin called giving me 30 minutes notice and arrived as planned.
Documents signed and both camera fitted in around an hour.
Neat & tidy with a quick run through of operations and some helpful tips.

All good and recommend Martin to all.

Dashcams fitted neatly.

Dashcams were fitted and set up neatly and quickly. The registration on downloading of App were explained and the box containing instruction book and an air freshener left with me.
On switching on my ignition, voice informs me it’s connected and GPS is on.
As yet, I’ve not managed to see any footage on iPhone as I can’t get it to connect. Will try with son in law at the weekend.

Dash cam installation

Marc provided a great installation. Everything neat and tidy, connected me to the app and went through the working of the camera. Great service from a first class operative.

Luckily to have Marc for helping me set…

Luckily to have Marc for helping me set up the front and rear dash cam.

Excellent service and installation. He explained to me what and why he is doing. He is patient and willing to answer my question. Everything perfect and he taught me how to use the Nextbase app at the end.

Marc professional installation

Marc came on time, checked and discussed where we could put the Abax unit. Installed it and rang to see if it was working ok. Great help, friendly and professional manner, thanks Steve

Nextbase dash cam

Marc came as per arrangement we found him very pleasant who explained what was happening and did a very professional installation fitting my Nextbase iq dash cam,a credit to his company.

What can I say about our enginer Marc…

What can I say about our enginer Marc fantastic job he did some company's send jobs to engineers and don't know how difficult it can be with modern cars and think it's just a 10min Job. Marc would rather it be a 3 or 4 hour job to do it right and feel appreciated that he has done a great job rather than a rush job and customer not be happy with his work
