Matt arrived promptly this morning and took time and
patience to install a front and rear dashcam to my new Audi A3. Matt was highly skilled and very experienced, completing the job in one hour. He carefully helped me to install the Nextbase app on my iPhone, and explained clearly all the functionality and benefits of both cameras.
I would highly recommend Matt from RS Connect, who was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and I was very pleased with all of his installation work.

The customer service woman was rude when trying to book a date/time and didn't bother to send confirmation even when asked. First imprssions count ladies!!
However, Marc the fitter was fantastic, great laugh, fantastic service with a smile and did a perfect job. Thanks Bootneck!

Very Proffessional, great job done. Marc was very very helpful. Above and beyond.

Sourced the dashcam i wanted for my new car , the dashcam was a Viofo A329s front and rear also wanted them hardwired . I contacted RS Connect as they come higlhy reconmended. I recieved confirmation of the Technicians timeslot the evening before.

The technician arrived on time and let me know when they were close. Faraz was polite and i left him to carry on with the install ,it takes about 90 mins , he called me when the install was completed and made sure i had the app on my phone and then explained what work had been done and the features on the dashcam.

The whole process was stress free and Faraz was very polite and very knowledgeable .

I would definitely use RS Connect again !

It was raining at the time of fitting the cameras, so it had to be done in the garage. This wasn't ideal as less space and light. However, the very friendly and polite fitter got it all done with all the cables well hidden

Marc came today to fit my new front & rear dashcams. He did a superb job, with lots of care and diligence . He even refitted the trim that a previous installer had left loose when he fitted a Philips cam 10 years ago .

I wish every tradesmen took as much pride in his work that Marc does .

Marc was top class, arriving on time and completing the installation of my dash cam and cabin cam in quick time. He was conscious (being a learner car) that the installation was exactly to my spec and made sure I was happy before he left

Had a visit from Marc today to fit a front and rear dashcam to my Jaguar XF. Absolutely professional throughout and the installation is clean and tidy. No visible wires and cameras placed exactly where I wanted them. Can definitely recommend. 5 stars

Very neat installation by a friendly and pleasant engineer.

Excellent communication from start to finish, whether it was by phone, email or text. Courtesy call the day before installation with an approximate time. Then on the day received a text to confirm the time, which was spot on.
The installation and the engineer was very polite and helpful very tidy and excellent installation, answered any questions I had no problem.
Overall from start to finish excellent service, highly recommended. 10/10

Marc arrived on time, had a plesent smile and introduced himself. He had a look at the dashcam and the car and started work. It was not an easy fit. But he kept at it and Marc did a brilliant job. Then he attached my phone to the dashcam which he made look easy. Thank you Marc.

Marc was brilliant....lovely, polite and hard working. Really good job and couldn't have had a more wonderful person to do it.

I had someone come out to disconnect the black box in my car, I suffer from severe anxiety as it is so interacting with people is really hard for me and this guy made me feel so uncomfortable. He came across very rude and his body language and tone were not something you wish to come across. I did make a complaint over the phone and the lady I spoke to was lovely but then I received a email and if I wasn't feeling upset as it was it seemed like they didn't believe me. I'm absolutely disgusted at the service I received. I think they need to send him for some training in customer service. Grumpy old sod
