Great job. Well managed from start to finish.

I did some research for a reliable company to install my Wolfbox Front and rear camera.
I decided to go with RS Connect, and I am so glad I did, from ordering the slotted appointment to the call to ask if I wanted it fitted earlier than my scheduled date.
I was notified all the way through the allotted date and message the evening before from the engineer to give me the arrival time and customers are able to track the engineers arrival progress and he was exactly on time.
I had a young man called Chris Davies attend and what a lovely polite young man. he did a fantastic job to perfection he wouldn't go until he was happy with the high standard he wanted to give.
it was a bit more fiddly than the allotted time given for the job instillation but that was not a problem.
I am so happy with the quality of work that Chris performed.
Chris was very professional polite and a credit to RS Connect. Thank you to Chris and all the staff involved.

Booking through Nextbase for F & R camera very simple.
Marc rang the night before and asked about the car. He arrived on time next day.
As this is a new model he had not seen one before.
He had taken the trouble to research the fuse box details the night before.
The fitting was brilliant with Marc checking exactly where I wanted them.
Very neat & tidy install!

Tom and Josh used their vast experience to swop front and rear view dashcam set up between two vehicles in a professional manner.
Previous installation prompted me use RS again.

Marc arrived in good time and after having provided the necessary id info to the Secure Storage operatives we were able to pass through to undertake the work. This was undertaken with great efficiency in a professional manner with the fitted items being well placed in an unobtrusive way. All this was done in most inclement weather. The work was undertaken within the timescale originally suggested by Marc. I would thoroughly recommend!

The ordering process was made easy as I was advised which products would fit my vehicle I was given a time and day which suited me and the vehicle technician tured up as promised after 11am bothe products fitted and I was sshown how to use them thankyou to Charlotte and Shaun well done RS Connect

Booked RS Connect to fit front and rear dash cams on my wife’s car and the same on mine. John was prompt, courteous and professional - I particularly liked the way he took the time to explain things, including the app.

Had a problem with my dash cam so they arranged for someone to come and fix it. I have moved house so gave them my new address. Unfortunately when I received a text with the map of where the engineer was he was heading towards my old address. Time was 8 o'clock in the morning so no one to call at RS as not open so I had to drive to my old address to meet him! Everything else is good. Just this annoying mistake which luckily wasn't a disaster as I live 8 miles away. Anyway... Problem now fixed

Initial contact from RS was great, and the live tracking of the engineer on the day was nice. When Pranay was here, he was brilliant. He explained the fitting process clearly and showed us alternative locations for the dash cam.

A very pleasant young man installed my cameras in my car. He introduced himself and that made me very comfortable. He arrived on time and fitted my cameras for me .

The engineer was polite and knowledgeable who fitted the front and rear dash cams with the work carried out neatly and looking good...cameras at optimal viewing, no dangling wires etc. Happy with convenience of home installation and service given.

Had a tracker installed by RS today. Ot was scheduled couple of weeks back taking into account my availability. Marc turned up at 8am and wrapped up the job in about an hour without causing me any hassle and left the car clean and complete. No complaints. Hope there will be no issues with operation. Not able to comment on that yet.
