Marc came on time, very pleasant especially as working outside in minus 3 degrees. Marc showed & explained how the Nextbase 622 front & rear cameras worked. I’m proud of my vehicle & when he had finished you couldn’t tell where he had put the cables etc were. A man who takes pride in his work

Marc was a very pleasant man who worked hard fitting my tracker to my car a vary good jod no signs of it ever been fitted even fitted it when the weather not so good thank you

Trusted Dash Cam installer. RS connect did install of my Nextbase GW622. Easy booking in service with great communication. I needed to purchase hard wire kit so watch that when booking. Excellent neat and tidy job. Going to get RS Connect to install another Nextbase on second car

Rude and unhelpful
Purchased dashcam direct from Nextbase on 3/11/25 with fitting from RS Connect. Firstly no appointments for the foreseeable future and then when offered one I could do, they cannot say if morning or afternoon fitting was possible! So taking a whole day off work just in case they turn up whenever??? Not great customer service tbh.
Secondly, I have found the booking agents are rude and unhelpful on every interaction I have had with them. I had managed to book an appointment for today 20/11/25 (many weeks ago) but my car was involved in an accident on the weekend and is now going in for insurance repairs. I explained this to the booking agent who literally said “I have cancelled the appointment” and then slammed the phone down on me!!! On top of all the stress I am under RS Connect have added to it. I now want a refund of my fitting cost and i will go elsewhere to get it done. I do not recommend this company..

Great job by Marc installing front and rear dashcams. No mess, no damage to car and a friendly guy. Cameras optimally positioned to get footage out of both windscreen and rear window

Very efficient administration to make the booking.

Installer (Agnieszka) arrived on time and fitted the Dash Cam (front & rear) in awful rainy and stormy conditions but it didn't faze her. Was a bit worried at first because the Car was a very new, just-out, model as was the Dash Cam, which I supplied, but the she handled both very well.

What really impressed me was the fact I found out later there was a bit of a problem with the Rear camera - mainly my misunderstanding and false assumption - that I took up with the Manufacturer - but it needed an Installer to come back. I didn't want to fix it myself as I am cack-handed at these things. Fortunately RS Connect was really good and understanding about it and arranged for Agnieska to come back as goodwill and free of charge. This was subsequently done a few days later and the problem fixed. Very happy customer.

Technician was on time, courteous and worked very tidily. A very neat installation.

First install didn’t go ahead, the guy turned up to fit it but broke the hinge on the glove box, which had to be repaired, wasn’t explained about “hard wiring kit”, which cost me an extra £70? For second installation date (two guys turned up and were very professional and very helpful and did a good job) which went well, so I had initial disappointment….. and extra cost

Excellent service from booking to fitting, easy and quick. I had the same technician to remove my Nextbase IQ front and rear cameras and refit them in my new car. He was very proffesional and polite leaving my car exactly as he found it, thank you. This is the company that Nextbase use when you order your product from them.

This is the second time I have used RS Connect to install and uninstall a hardwired Dashcam.

The bookings lady on the phone was so helpful, she went over everything and I was able to secure a booking within two days. Excellent customer service.

Wow - what fantastic service. I just got a brand new car and wanted an existing Nextbase dashcam I had mounted and hardwired in. I chose RS Connect as they were the approved fitters for Nextbase. I got the hardwire mount and fitting kit. I was slightly concerned - being a brand new Audi RS so wanted a super neat none damaging home installation.

Booking an appointment was easy, phone and text message communication on the run up to my appointment was excellent. Chris the technician arrived and assured me the installation would be exactly what I wanted, neat and tidy.
He took great care of my new car while working on it and the installation is perfect! Very pleased indeed with Chris and RS Connect. Would definitely be using them again in the future when needed.

The engineer was on time, friendly and polite. He did a tidy job and took the time on completion to explain to me exactly what had been done.

The engineer arrived within minutes of the scheduled appointment, checked over my car and commenced fitting. He identified that the new cable for the rear camera was incompatible. He fitted the front camera and connected everything to wifi and my phone. Tim the engineer was brilliant and exceedingly helpful. Pleasure.
